本研究目的在探討創業家的人格特質、風險認知、創業動機、創業策略、環境因素與經營績效之關係,以提供實務創業家、創業學術研究之建議與參考。探討樣本以中國青年創業協會總會之會員、青創會全國理事長聯誼會會員,對創業家,發放一份問卷,共寄發300份,回收有效問卷共224份,經統計有效問卷共152份、無效問卷71份、過期問卷1份,有效回收率為50.7%。使用Excel 2003、SPSS 12統計套裝軟體,以敘述性統計、信度分析、因素分析、典型相關分析及迴歸分析等統計方法進行實證分析。根據本研究驗證結果得知,創業家的人格特質與經營績效間沒有明顯關係,但以本研究樣本為參與社團的現任創業家來推論,創業家之人格特質仍傾向於「友善社會型」、「組織信任型」、「保守緊張型」 三種人格特質者較適合進行創業,同時創業家的風險認知對創業策略、創業動機有顯著的影響,環境因素對創業策略、經營績效有顯著的影響,另外創業策略對經營績效有顯著的影響,人格特質對創業策略有部份支持。從本研究結論顯示,沒有任何一個創業策略,可以確定得到較高的經營績效,但在「差異化競爭策略」及「認同度提升策略」對於經營績效,反而「長治久安策略」在研究中顯示與經營績效呈現負關係,顯示壟斷市場及一條龍生產方式,不適合此世代的創業家,而創業家必須要在這瞬息萬變與競爭激烈的市場中,因地制宜隨時靈活調整採取差異化策略及培養粉絲群,才會有較高的經營績效。
This study aims to explore the entrepreneur's personality traits, risk perception, entrepreneurial motivation, business strategies, environmental factors and business performance relationship in order to provide practical entrepreneurial, business advice and reference to academic research. Samples are Member of the China Youth Career Development Association and the national chairman of the China Youth Career Development Association. Send 300 copies and valid questionnaires were 224. According to statistics, a total of 152 valid questionnaires, 71 questionnaires were invalid, 1 questionnaire was expired, and the effective rate is 50.7%. Use Excel 2003, SPSS 12 statistical software to descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, canonical correlation analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods for empirical analysis.
According to the results, there is no significant between entrepreneurial personality traits and business performance. In this study, sample infer the incumbent entrepreneurs that entrepreneurs of the personality traits still tend to "friendly social type", "trust-based organization," "conservative tension-type". People who have three kinds of personality traits are more suitable for business. Entrepreneurs' perceptions of risk for business strategy and entrepreneurial motivation have a significant impact. Environmental factors on business strategy and business performance have a significant influence. In addition business strategies have a significant impact on business performance and Personality traits support some part of business strategy.
Findings from this study show there is no business strategy can be determined to get a higher business performance. In the "differentiation strategy" and "Strategies to enhance the degree of recognition" for business performance, "long-term stability strategy" show a negative relationship with business performance. It shows the monopoly and one-stop productions are not suitable for the hereditary entrepreneurs.
The entrepreneur must be flexible to adjust to local conditions at any time and to develop differentiated strategies fan base will have a higher business performance in this rapidly changing and highly competitive market
