隨著全球旅遊人次增加及換機需求,再加上各國積極推動國防自主,研發和購買軍用飛機,使航空器需求大幅增加,航空工業前景一片看好。然而,面對新興國家的競爭和國際大廠的低成本策略,航太產業為提升競爭優勢,整合現有資源,以自行車A-team 為本,發展航空工業A-team 4.0聯盟,以搶食航太產業大餅。
本研究欲以價值共創與商業生態系統的理論觀點發展研究架構,透過漢翔公司創立之A-team 4.0聯盟作為個案進行質性研究,探討A-team 4.0聯盟的建立與生態系統生成之過程,除填補策略聯盟中商業生態系統的理論缺口,亦提供航太產業未來發展的方向與建議。
根據研究結果,A-team 4.0聯盟透過關鍵者提出價值理念,連結利基者形成新的商業生態系統;再者,運用價值共創機制建立利害關係人間緊密的關係;最後,加入不同生態系統的連結,彼此互相交流成長,進而提升商業生態系統的整體總價值。
With the increase in global tourist arrivals and the need for replacement, coupled with the active promotion of national defense, the development and purchase of military aircraft, the demand for aircraft has increased significantly, and the prospects are promising. However, in the face of competition from emerging countries and the low-cost strategy of international giants, Aviation Industries has to improve its competitive advantage and integrate existing resources to take the A-team Alliance as the basis for the development of the A-team Aviation Alliance 4.0 to Seize business opportunities of airlines.
This study intends to develop a research framework based on value creation and a theoretical perspective of the business ecosystem, and conduct qualitative research through the A-team 4.0 alliance established by Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation to discuss the establishment of the A-team 4.0 alliance and shape an Airline Alliance Business Ecosystem. In addition to filling the theoretical gap of the business ecosystem in the strategic alliance, it also provides directions and recommendations for the future development of the aviation industry.
According to the research results, the A-team 4.0 Alliance proposes a value concept through keystones and links the niche players to form a new business ecosystem. Furthermore, it uses a value-creation mechanism to establish close relationships between stakeholders. Finally, it joins different ecosystems. Connect, grow and communicate with each other to increase the overall value of the business ecosystem.
