  • 在資訊科技及媒體的發展,軍人相關新聞時常受到社會大眾的關切,管教過當和意外發生,讓在軍中服務的眷屬們非常憂心,民眾對於這神秘又封閉的組織如何運作、組織價值觀及行為模式產生好奇與懸疑,簡單說也就是軍中的倫理氣候規範及規範管理模式如何運作,常常成了社會關心的議題,我們應了解當今國軍倫理氣候變化,藉以改善成員與組織間倫理氣候,進而強化國軍整體戰力與國民對國軍的信賴。

    本研究探討倫理氣候、組織承諾、工作滿意與離職意願之間影響性,以陸軍某航空基地組織成員為研究對象,本研究採用問卷調查方式進行實證,總共發放112份問卷,回收有效問卷85份,有效問卷回收率為75%,所得資料透過敘述性統計分析、因素分析、信度分析、相關分析以及迴歸分析後,本研究發現:
    1.倫理氣候對組織承諾顯著有正向的影響。
    2.倫理氣候對工作滿意顯著有正向的影響。
    3.倫理氣候對組織承諾顯著有負向的影響。
    4.組織承諾對離職意願有顯著負向的影響。
    5.工作滿意對離職意願有顯著負向的影響。
    6.組織承諾與工作滿意為倫理氣候與離職意願之中介變數具弱中介效果。

    In an age of fast-growing information technology and media, news report about the military is often brought to the attention of the public. Incidents of extrajudicial punishments and accidents worry the family of those in service, and the public holds curiosity and suspicion toward the operating procedures, values, and behavioral models of mysterious and secluded organizations. Namely, the regulations for the ethical climate of the military and the management of such regulations have become a topic of social concern. We should understand the change in the ethical climate of the country's armed forces of today to improve the ethical climate between the organization and its members and, thereby, strengthen the country's military power and the public's trust in the armed forces.
