  • 隨著人們開始對環境保護的重視,在各種的方面皆希望能夠對環境更加的友善。而在一般的各項日常用品與電子相關產品方面更定立了各項的環評法規如RoHS、WEEE等等的規範,以達到綠色環保產品的訴求。而產品的開發過程中,不只有在材料的選擇及生產的流程上才考量到對環境的衝擊危害,而是希望在設計開始的前端構思步驟中即能夠加入綠色設計的考量。
    本文以iNPD流程為骨幹來搜尋市面上具有潛在商機的各種商品,再結合了TRIZ方法的技巧來產生新產品的創意構想以進行產品的綠色創新設計。在本文中提出了「改良之新機會價值表」以彌補原始機會價值表在環境衝擊上的不足,並且提出了一套將iNPD與TRIZ聯結使用的手法與「新機會價值表與工程參數之相關對應表」。讓設計工程師在開發新型產品時,能夠多方考量到各種不同的需求,以期達到提昇產品價值的目標。

    To protect our environment, and they hope to be friendlier to our environment in all kinds of things. For example, home appliances and electronic products, there are some environment regulations available for eco-products, such as RoHS and WEEE. In the process of developing products, it hopes that the engineers will consider the environment impact and eco-design not only in the choices of materials and manufacturing processes, but also at the beginning of the entire design procedure.
    This study is based on iNPD process to search the articles with underground value in the market conditions, and then combined with the TRIZ method to create new ideas for product eco-innovation. This method improves value opportunity charts to complement the defects of the environmental impact of the original charts. It also integrated iNPD and TRIZ by the corresponding table of the new value opportunity charts and engineering features. It hopes that when design engineers start to develop a new product, they can consider every kind of the needs to increase products values.
