超輕飛行載具墬落事故及汽車載具落水事件頻傳,如何在載具落水的瞬間展開一套自救系統,來提高人員受災時之存活機率。針對這個問題,本研究設計出一套能在最短的時間內人員可以自行操作的自救系統,對於載具發生災難之時先前緊急自我救援處置是迫切需要的。
本研究以民航機於海面迫降之逃生系統的概念,研擬出兩個設計方向:(一)設計超輕載具遇事故時能產生一套浮艇於水面上迫降,因於水面迫降安全性高於陸地迫降,以防範撞擊地面障礙物之風險,並更有效提升超輕飛行運動之安全性;(二)設計汽車載具於動或靜的狀態下落水時,能產生一套使人員自我救援的設備,並使載具可漂浮於水面,讓救難人員明顯觀測其落水之目標,以利救援。本研究開發的載具遇難時的人員自救系統,能有效提升載具使用之安全性。
Casualties of crash of ultra-light flying vehicle and motor vehicle rushing into water are becoming less than unusual day by day. It is of vital importance to spread a self-rescue system at the moment the vehicle is dropping into water for increasing the survival rate in such accidents. In this research, we have designed a set of self-rescue system that can be operated by the person suffering the accident in very short time. It is a pressing need for earlier emergency rescue device moment prior to the occurrence of accident.
This research developed two design directions based on the concept of escape system at time when civil aircraft is forced to land on sea surface. 1) Design a floating boat effect for force landing on surface when ultra-light air vehicle is under severe challenge. This is based on the reason that landing on sea surface is much safer than land on dry land. It will reduce the risk of impacting obstacle on land and effectively increase the safety in enjoying ultra-light air vehicle sport. 2) Design a self-rescue equipment allowing vehicle to float on water when a motor vehicle is falling into water either in static or dynamic condition, so that rescue team can spot the target clearly and facilitate the rescue. The Personnel Self-Rescue System for vehicle encountering accident as developed in this research can effectively increase the safety in using a vehicle.
