  • 台灣製造業的業績近年快速飛昇,加上後疫情、供應鏈短缺的影響,以及面對終端科技產品的使用需求盛況,半導體製造與IC設計產業相應發燒。因此科技業生產晶片的需求與應用帶動科技業締造新的轉型運動,同時挑戰市場供不應求的問題與企業的未來的應變能力。
    然而,企業內外部透過系統化的管理方法或是工具,來提升生產活動的價值與解決方案的改善,目的在剃除不必要的浪費,同時減少非必要設備的維護時間、消耗料件的置換成本、設備機時與人力工時的投入成本,成為一個需要持續挑戰的難題。其中,精實生產成為ASML企業為了達成企業營運之整體目標的重點方法之一,更是在組織間推行企業的精實營運系統,推動精實文化的概念融入到各地生產中心。從研究過程中發現,在ASML企業裡,整體的創新是無法與「成本」和「品質」脫離連結,更是與所有利害關係人緊密相關,因此如何能夠讓企業整體同時意識到,將精實文化導入到企業各處,以及要如何完成客戶迫切需求與生產的挑戰,價值共創成為本研究主要探討可以加以運用的觀點,來對企業精實生產的現況深入研究,進一步探討其中的實物意涵。
    整體而言,本研究從現況去了解企業推動相關精實化歷程的實務現象,同時利用價值共創理論觀點,進一步探討精實生產的合作模式,從中分析企業在生產製造中對於精實生產思維的既有架構與流程,以及相關生產活動的協同合作之價值創造,研究主旨在於分析企業可以運用「價值共創」理念的實踐而提升其「精實生產」在產品製造與技術發展的成果、重新思考價值共創思維與精實生產的活動場域中的影響範疇,如何創造協同合作的共創價值。

    The business of the performance and the manufacturing industry have a big growth in recent years. A noticeable increase demand in the new IC design and the relevant application on the semiconductor technology, especially after the influence interaction between with the pandemic and the availability of supply chain. Thus, it became a big challenge for the market to promote the adaptability to changes and the business transformation for precaution in future marketing problems.

    Lean production is used as a continuance improvement tool in order to heighten awareness of operational excellence way of working in the manufacturing activities. In this work, Kaizen have widened the production values by waste elimination and the cost reduction. Lean production has become one of the key methods for ASML enterprises to achieve the overall goal of enterprise operation. It is also the implementation of the enterprise's lean operation system among organizations, and the concept of lean culture is promoted to be integrated into production centers in various places. There is a growing body of evidence that innovation is not disconnected from cost, and innovation is not disconnected from quality. We investigate how is the interaction between stakeholders and the working field. Therefore, the research purpose is to explore the process of Lean production about continuance improvement, and further analyze the way of working with the value co-creation about the collaboration and processes cognition in ASML company.

    Based on the theoretical basis of "value co-creation", "Lean production", the research analyzes the value creation and value capture of the ASML collaboration way and the operational excellence method in semiconductor industry. The results of this research analyze the practice of enterprises that can use the concept of "value co-creation" to enhance their "Lean production" in the results of product manufacturing and technological development, and to rethink the scope of influence in the field of value co-creation thinking and lean production. The practice of using the concept of "value co-creation", the stakeholder could do the business by co-creation value of collaboration and cooperation.
