本研究以計算流體力學為工具,進行T型管微混合器數值模擬實驗,探討T型管主流道壁上肋條結構對微混合器混合效率的影響。並以田口方法設計實驗參數組合,找尋在低雷諾數流場時具高混合效率的肋條幾何參數。本研究同時也探討多界面入口條件對肋條T型管微混合器之影響。
In this research numerical simulations are performed to study the mixing efficiency of T-channel mixromixers with convex ribs placed on upper and lower channel walls. A commercial CFD software and the orthogonal tables of Taguchi Method are used to set up numerical experiments to search for the rib geometric parameters of high mixing efficiency. The effect of multiple mixing interface at the inlet of the ribbed T-channel is also studied.
