  • 在景氣復甦訊號下,2015年許多企業透過人力銀行緊急召募所需之人才訊息,在實際透過媒合之後,還是有很多社會新鮮人找不到工作,然企業亦反應找不到適任人才。在此同時,面臨選擇學校的大學新鮮人而言,當以優先選校或選系?及其未來面對就業市場時,企業究竟是如何挑選這群社會新鮮人亦是急需探討之課題。
    對於求職及徵才問題,多數研究偏向求職面,也就是分析產業發展趨勢與發展潛力、媒合管道及面試技巧及如何選擇企業等等,較少以企業主或職缺主管的偏好角度來探討選擇社會新鮮人之標準。故本研究擬以「聯合分析法」探討「企業招募社會新鮮人時,針對管理學院畢業的學生,需具備那屬性組合之偏好」之議題,透過研究結果,期望讓學生了解面試主管之偏好,同時儘早於在學期間培養相關知識與技能。

    SUMMARY

    In 2015, according to the green signal of economic recovery, there are many enterprises release the urgent information of manpower through the Human Resource Agency, actually, after the matching, it still a lot of freshman can not earn a job, and the enterprise also response that they can not find a suitable people. For the new freshman, they should choose the university in the first or the department when they face to the employ and social environment, and all the enterprise how to make a decision between these freshman also an exploration issue. But it is few to stand on enterprise or manager side to discuss the selection about the freshman criteria.

    INTRODUCTION

    For Job and Careers problem, most of research tend to job seeking which is analysis of industry trends , development potential, matchmaking channel, interview skills, how to select companies and so on. Instead, fewer researchers explore the criteria for freshmen selection from the perspective of directors or supervisors of the company. Therefore, this study is intended to be "Conjoint analysis" investigate the topic of "Corporate recruiting fresh graduate people who graduates for management, need to have the combination of attributes of preference". Through the research, let students realize the preferences of interviewers and help them to cultivate related knowledge and skills in school time.

    MATERIALS AND METHODS

    1. To identify the attributes that the job applicant should prepared from pre-test questionnaire.
    2. Then use Orthogonal arrays by SPSS to determine the combination of attributes from official questionnaire.
    3. Finally, use Joint Analysis to analyze the enterprise or manger’s preference about the job applicant’s attributes.

    RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

    The recommendation for students:
    1. Students may strengthen their academic capacities through study at school, such as capability of foreign languages, work skills.
    2. As communication and interpersonal skills, resistance to stress, problem-solving ability, students may improve capacities through participating in clubs, various activities, backpacking, studying abroad, exchange programs, part-time jobs, and internship.
    The recommendation for parents:
    The study found that "National University graduate," still has a large advantage in the job market, under the multivariate entrance program education system, parents can help their children working in the direction of the National University. In addition, declining birthrate impact various colleges an intense enrollment competition, and many schools attract students with high scholarship, so at this critical moment of choosing school, the parents hold the advantage of decision-making, and should help their children to choose the right school.

    CONCLUSION

    The results as below:
    1. The top three items of interviewers preferred are good communication and interpersonal relationships, high compressive strength, problem-solving skills.
    2. First priority preferred national universities and 2nd is private universities of technology.
    3. Foreign language proficiency requirements to be above average.
    4. Level of education is relatively not affect the interviewer to make the decision of hiring.
