虛擬團隊透過網路科技把人們連接起來,產生了一種沒有時空隔閡的新工作概念,如何管理組織或團隊虛擬化所帶來的新工作型態,將是未來的重大挑戰之一。因此本研究從虛擬團隊的架構及領導型態來探討不同公司的虛擬團隊應採用何類型的領導,以作為各相關組織或企業進行變革的參考。
經由所得資料的分析,依公司經營歷史、員工人數、資本額、年營業額、營運型態等加以區分不同屬性公司或組織,得到其所組成之虛擬團隊的架構、採用的領導型態及所獲得團隊績效的狀況等結論,可提供公司或組織在運用虛擬團隊運作時之參考。
Virtual team communicates people by internet technique to form a new work concept of “no distance”。 How to manage such kind of new work type in virtualized organism or team, will be a big challenge in the feature。 This research intends to find what kind of leadership type should be used for different company or organism’s virtual team。 So,it can suggest the organism or enterprise what kind of the leadership type is suitable to its virtual team as reference。
After data analysis, to categorize the company or organization into different characteristic by company life、employe number、capital、annul income and business type。This research get some conclusion in its virtual team structure、leadership type used and team efficiency。When company or organization will use virtual team to operate,they can reference this conclusion。
