This study mainly research purpose is to indicate what effects will influence saving and investment behaviors of Taiwanese young labor who is age between 15 to 29. Using the Survey of young labor employment status under Survey Research Data Archive (SRDA) and by the proportion of saving and investment on income to analyze what effects will affect saving and investment decision of Taiwanese young labor. Us-ing Heckman two-step selection model and quantile regression run empirical research. Research result shows year effect、age effect、gender effect、education level and financial literacy, which is who holding financial certification and different major in college, are main factors to significantly interpret the young labor’s saving and investment behaviors.
