近3年來,隨著石油能源需求量的增加,每桶石油價格已破百元大關。造成工業、民生物價上漲,通貨膨脹的連鎖效應也隨之而來,在面對石油能源供不應求的窘境,使得替代能源已成為未來的明星產業。本論文以獨立式太陽能產業為研究的對象,引用Stern Stewart & Co.顧問公司發展出經濟附加價值(Economic Value-Added,EVA)的評估模式,從經濟的角度來衡量獨立式太陽能產業的績效。
本論文的目的,在說明經濟附加價值應用於獨立式太陽能產業時,其績效衡量的狀況,藉以建議投資者或企業經理人的評估及決策。同時比較EVA 指標與剩餘利潤RI (Residual Income)、傳統績效指標(ROA、ROE、EPS)對MVA(Market Value Added; MVA) 相關性與解釋能力之差異。研究結果顯示,我國獨立式太陽能產業的EVA 與MVA 確實存在顯著正向關係,且EVA 對MVA 的解釋能力最高,即EVA 較適用於我國獨立式太陽能產業之績效衡量。
本研究將以EVA、剩餘利潤RI與傳統指標對MVA的相關性及迴歸分析,其結果彙整如下:
1. 在獨立式太陽能產業中,EVA與MVA具有高度的相關性及解釋能力。
2. EVA指標與剩餘利潤RI指標對MVA之分析結果在整體而言,EVA比RI在獨立式太陽能產業中更具有高度相關性及解釋能力。
3. EVA對MVA的解釋能力優於傳統指標對MVA的解釋能力。
4. 在上下游的附加價值評估方面,獨立式太陽能產業中附加價值以太陽能電池產業為最高。
Economy adds value (EVA) is measuring the financial performance method; it is the indicator that a kind of measurement enterprise operates the real profit-making situation. Emphasize the goal that enterprises should pursue is maximized by the stockholder's equity. So, EVA is estimate a kind of know-how of enterprise's value for a certain period of time.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relation between EVA and MVA of the Stand-Alone Type solar energy industry, and compare the difference of Adjusted R2 with MVA of EVA、RI and traditional performance index (ROA、ROE、EPS) to judge a performance index which is appropriate for the Stand-Alone Type solar energy industry in Taiwan.
The results show that EVA is proved to be highly related and explainable with MVA for the Stand-Alone Type solar energy industry. There are really obvious relations between EVA and MVA by Stand-Alone Type solar energy industry in Taiwan .
The result of study as follows:
1.EVA and MVA have highly correlation of explaining in the Stand-Alone type solar energy industry.
2.EVA has high dependence and explains ability than RI in the Stand-Alone type solar energy industry.
3.The explanation ability of EVA to MVA is superior to the traditional indicator in Taiwan Stand-Alone Type solar energy industry.
4.From the upper reaches industry to downstream industry of the Stand-Alone Type solar energy industry, the mid solar energy industry has highest performance of EVA.
