  • 由於沒有準時服藥導致病情惡化,會需要花費更多的時間金錢來彌補,甚至是危及生命安全,造成不可挽回的後果。由於手機已成為人類生活中不可或缺的一部分,因此目前市面上智慧藥盒的服藥提醒大都是透過手機應用程式來達成,不過服藥提醒都需要使用者手動排程並輸入,會有排程錯誤、輸入錯誤的問題發生。
    本論文對於提高藥物服用遵從率,以降低可避免的死亡和額外花費,提出服藥提醒之研究,將包含兩個部分:(1)配合作息之服藥提醒。在此方法之下,服藥提醒就能根據過去的生活作息,將提醒鬧鐘自動根據處方箋排程在最高機率回應的時間點。此外服藥提醒還會將藥物分組,使多種藥物服藥次數不過於頻繁,並使每天服藥時間點規律;(2)人類作息與回應模擬器。首先由於生活作息接近手機使用紀錄,我們開發一個手機應用程式來收集使用手機與回應提醒鬧鐘的資料,為了在短時間內驗證服藥提醒機制的效果,所以我們根據收集的資料實作人類作息與回應模擬器來產生一天使用手機的資料,並且模擬人收到服藥提醒所做出的回應。

    As the condition worsens due to not taking medicine on time, it will take more time and money to make up for it, and even endanger life and cause irreparable consequences. Since mobile phones have become an indispensable part of human life, the current medicine reminders for smart pill dispensers on the market are mostly achieved through mobile phone applications. However, medicine reminders need to be manually scheduled and entered by the user, and scheduling errors and typing errors can occur.
    In this paper, in order to improve the adherence of medication to reduce avoidable deaths and extra costs, the paper will include two parts. (1) Medicine reminder based on daily routine. Under this method, medicine reminders can be based on past daily routine and automatically scheduled according to the prescription to the time point of the highest probability of response. In addition, medicine reminders will also group multiple medications so that reminders are not too frequent, and the timing of medicine reminders is regular every day. (2) Human daily routine and response simulator. First of all, since daily routine is close to mobile phone usage records, we developed a mobile application to collect data about mobile phone usage and response of default medicine reminder. In order to verify the effectiveness of the medicine reminder mechanism in a short time, we implemented human daily routine and response simulator based on the collected data. The simulator is used to generate data about using the mobile phone and responding to medicine reminders.
