網路(network)、通訊(communication)與多媒體(multimedia)的蓬勃發展,引發對學習全面性的變革,人們溝通變得頻繁,學習亦進入了一種無國界的形式;尤其邁入知識經濟的時代,學習者更需要藉著各種不同形式的學習得以提昇本身的競爭力;所以透過網路與資訊科技,數位學習(e-Learning)的需求漸漸受到大家的重視。然而數位學習所代表的並不只是網路加上學習而已,其中更包括了多樣性的內容傳遞形式,學習經驗的管理、網路互連的學習社群、以及網路內容的提供者與專家。也就是說,學習內容(Learning Content)的導入與發展也將成為數位學習推動重要關鍵的一環。因此為了能處理與傳遞更多樣化的學習內容,以及達到學習平台共通與教材重覆使用等目的,教材編輯者如何地產出數位課程,以及系統管理者如何地建置效率平台,則是我們需要積極探討的課題。
本篇研究主要在提出個人化的數位多媒體教材學習架構及設計規範(Learning Content Management System: LCMS),並依據此架構進行系統實作,預期使得學習者依據系統分類規則與SCORM標準、指引搜尋到學習課程及學習路徑,使得網上學習能易於使用及貼近需求,進而建立個人知識擷取和績效提昇的目的。
The era of information application has been growing fast along with the Internet, communication, and multimedia etc., and this evolution has entirely changed the way of learning. People's communication has been increasingly frequent, and the need of learning has stepped into the field of no boundaries.
In the age of knowledge-based economy, the learner has to promote his competitive ability by various manners of learning. Hence, the requirement of e-Learning is gradually attracting attention for efficient learning. And the focus and development of learning content have become the important issues.
Therefore, how to enrich and present the content effectively of e-Learning courses over the Internet has been the subject deserved to probe into. The main objective of this paper is to propose the personal learning framework and design’s norm to process and achieve the Learning Content Management System (LCMS). Also, according to the classified catalog and the standard of SCORM, we expect the function of this system can be used to instruct the courses and learning maps needed to make the e-Learning easy to use in reaching the objective.
