Introduction: Menopause delineates a pivotal phase in the life odyssey of every woman, universally encountered due to alterations in physiology and hormonal shifts. The intensity, duration, and nature of menopausal symptoms differ from individual to individual. Broadly speaking, women typically traverse a phase known as Perimenopause, spanning 7-14 years, prior to entering the full transition into Menopause. The long-term impact of hormonal fluctuations underscores the importance of exercise in mitigating discomfort and promoting overall health. Therefore, it cannot be overstated how crucial regular physical activity is in achieving a healthier state.
Aims: To track the exercise regimen of women in their Perimenopause phase, employing a Wearable Fitness Tracker can serve as a practical means of monitoring. Analyzing gadget data helps us see how walking impacts heart rates (average, during sleep, and at rest) for women in Perimenopause.
    Methods:
Subjeect:41 women without any regular exercise habits was recruited for study. Design: Each participant was required to wear Wearable Fitness Trackers for 457 days and walk a daily range of 7000 to 12000 steps. This was done to evaluate the connection between heart rate and the number of steps taken. Statistical Analysis: Pearson’s correlation and multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the relations among varieties.
Result: The analysis reveals a positive correlation between daily steps and average heart rate. Conversely, daily steps show a negative correlation with both rest heart rate and sleep heart rate. Specifically, steps taken on the 1st, 3rd, and 7th days before exhibit negative correlations with heart rates (average, during sleep, and at rest) in further analysis.
Conclusion: Walking can help protect women in Perimenopause from heart problems and reduce the risk of overall mortality. Future studies should consider other factors that could influence these outcomes.
