  • 台灣受地域、政治環境的影響及人口數下降,目前製造產業受到相當嚴重衝擊,內需型的服務產業成為產業重要發展的主軸,但市場小投入競爭者眾,大家瓜分這市場採低價及紅海廝殺發展實力被限制,所以將產品輸出及台灣連鎖企業總部擴展海外市場進而國際授權是海外發展延伸市場關鍵。
    本文試圖了解製造產業及台灣連鎖加盟體系國際化動機及進入國際化所面臨的問題,更找出製造產業及進入市場模式,最後希望製造產業及台灣連鎖加盟體系,必須考慮產品及品牌授權的比重,讓企業進入國際化時參考。
    本人研究在確切研究中及動機、目的、範圍之後,首先要進行著文獻回顧和歸納整理,以做為將來評估製造產業及連鎖加盟產業依據。首先依國際化模式、產品品質、創新能力、組織領導能力、購買意願、國際化績效,並深入分析六大構面下各個衡量項目之間權重關係。

    Abstract
    Taiwan is affected by the regional and political environment and the population is declining. At present, the manufacturing industry has been seriously impacted. The domestic demand-oriented service industry has become the main axis of the important development of the industry. However, the market is small and competitive, and everyone divides the market with low prices and the Red Sea. The stifling of development strength is limited, so the export of products and the expansion of Taiwanese chain companies' overseas markets and international licensing are key to overseas development and extension of the market.
    This paper attempts to understand the internationalization motives of the manufacturing industry and the Taiwan franchise system and the problems faced in entering internationalization. It also finds the manufacturing industry and the market entry model. Finally, we hope that the manufacturing industry and the Taiwan franchise system must consider the proportion of products and brand authorization. Let the company enter the internationalization reference.
    After determining the motivation, purpose and scope of the research, the research first reviews and summarizes the literature as a basis for evaluating the manufacturing industry and the franchise industry. First,
    according to the internationalization model, internationalization level, product quality, innovation ability, organizational leadership ability, purchase intention, and in-depth analysis of the weight relationship between the various measurement projects under the six major aspects.

    INTRODUCTION
    In recent years, the domestic economy has been mediocre and political turmoil has prevented foreign funds from investing in China. Due to the government's strain on cross-strait relations, land tourists have not come. The domestic tourism market has been frozen and the manufacturing service industry has shrunk. I have heard of it when closing stores. For development, it is necessary to rely on the promotion of export sales and internationalization to become a major development industry supporting Taiwan's economic system. Due to the small number of people in the shallow dish market and the saturation of the market business model, internationalization is the only way for Taiwanese companies. Foundry is a very meager profit and cannot be sustainable. Only by establishing a brand and establishing a threshold can we create a blue ocean. .
    Thanks to the gift of science and technology, the barriers between nations have long been broken, and the distance between the earth and the earth is again. The world today has been gradually wiped out, and it is clear that the world is surpassing us. The speed of imagination is changing, and the pace of globalization will rest because anyone is blocking it. In this environment, the challenge facing enterprises is to be global, and in order to improve competition, in addition to selling products to other parts of the world to increase sales growth, companies are also forced by the market economy to pursue low costs and improve quality. These activities, which have promoted the most effective production and sales, have long been accompanied by the changes of various industries throughout the existing market and expanded globally. In effect, on the one hand, the maintenance and survival of enterprises are maintained, and on the other hand, there are more and more product design, manufacturing, assembly, and even brand development in the market.
    Catering and cuisine are improved every year. Through the experience of manufacturing food and Taiwanese cuisine, Taiwanese brands are copied and products are sold all over the world, so that Chinese people around the world can also eat Chinese cuisine and cuisine, and also promote Chinese cuisine to the world. People, it is the purpose of my research to promote the development of Chinese cuisine.
