從豬苓子實體分離共得到40個化合物,分別為ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-
3-one、ergosta-7,22-dien-3-ol、5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3-ol、ergosta-7,22-dien-3-one、ergosterol、(17R)-methylincisterol、polyporusumbin A、ergosta-7,22t-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol、 3β,5α-dihydroxy-6β-methoxyergosta-7,22-dien、3β,5α-dihydroxyergosta-7,22t-dien-6-one、polyporusterone A、polyporusterone B、4-hydroxybenzaldehyde、 4-methoxybenzoic acid、3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde、methyl cis-p-coumarate、methyl p-coumarate、ferulic acid、methyl ferulate、3-benzyl-6-methylpiperazine-2,5-dione、gancidin W、dibutyl asparate、glutamic diketopiperazine dibutyl ester、4-aminobutyric acid butyl ester、glycine butyl ester、alanine、uracil、nicotinic acid、hypoxanthine、guanine、5-hydroxymethylfuran-
2-carboxylic acid butyl ester、5-butoxymethylfuran-2-carbaldehyde、5-hydroxymethylfuran-2-carbaldehyde、2-deoxy-3-O-methyl-D-thero-pentano-
1,4-lactone、pyrrolidin-2-one、butyl 2,3-dihydroxypropionate、sodium acetate、sodium acetylalanine、D-mannitol、succinic acid。
其中polyporusumbin A為首次報導之新化合物;另外有11個化合物雖已有合成報導,但為天然界首次分離得到之化合物,分別3-benzyl-6-methylpiperazine-2,5-dione、sodium acetylalanine、dibutyl asparate、glutamic diketopiperazine dibutyl ester、glycine butyl ester、butyl 2,3-dihydroxypropionate、4-aminobutyric acid butyl ester、5-butoxymethylfuran-2-carbaldehyde、5-hydroxymethylfuran-2-carboxylic acid butyl ester、2-deoxy-3-O-methyl-D-thero-pentano-1,4-lactone、pyrrolidin-2-one。上述新化合物的結構乃是利用NMR與MS光譜的分析來加以決定,而已知的化合物則是與文獻所報導的物理與化學光譜數據進行比對得到確認。
Forty compounds were isolated from the fruit body of Polyporus umbellatus and identified as ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one, ergosta-7,22-dien-3-ol, 5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3-ol, ergosta-7,22-dien-3-one, ergosterol , (17R)-methylincisterol, polyporusumbin A, ergosta-7,22t-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol, 3β,5α-dihydroxy-6β-methoxyergosta-7,22-diene, 3β,5α-dihydroxyergosta-
7,22t-dien-6-one, polyporusterone A, polyporusterone B, 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 4-methoxybenzoic acid, 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde, methyl cis-p-coumarate, methyl p-coumarate, ferulic acid, methyl ferulate, 3-benzyl-6-methylpiperazine-2,5-dione, gancidin W, dibutyl asparate, glutamic diketopiperazine dibutyl ester, 4-aminobutyric acid butyl ester, glycine butyl ester, alanine, uracil, nicotinic acid, hypoxanthine, guanine, 5-hydroxymethylfuran-2-carboxylic acid butyl ester, 5-butoxymethylfuran-2-
carbaldehyde, 5-hydroxymethylfuran-2-carbaldehyde, 2-deoxy-3-O-methyl-
D-thero-pentano-1,4-lactone, pyrrolidin-2-one, butyl 2,3-dihydroxypropionate, sodium acetate, sodium acetylalanine, D-mannitol and succinic acid. Their structures were determined by 1H, 13C and 2D NMR and MS spectral analyses. The known compounds were also identified by comparison of their physical and spectral data with those reported in the literature. Twelve of these metabolites, namely, 3-benzyl-6-methylpiperazine-2,5-dione, dibutyl asparate, glutamic diketopiperazine dibutyl ester, glycine butyl ester, butyl 2,3-dihydroxypropionate, sodium acetylalanine, 4-aminobutyric acid butyl ester, 5-butoxymethylfuran-2-carbaldehyde, 5-hydroxymethylfuran-2-carboxylic acid butyl ester, 2-deoxy-3-O-methyl-D-thero-pentano-1,4-lactone, pyrrolidin-2-one and polyporusumbin A, were reported from natural source for the first time.
