台灣一共有41個種、6個變種的鳳尾蘚屬植物。本研究中從全台灣各地一共收集了三百餘份的鳳尾蘚標本,利用DELTA程式建構台灣產鳳尾蘚的特徵資料庫,其中記錄了包括配子體與孢子體等45個特徵,並利用其自動產生檢索表、分類群描述、及互動式檢索系統。由於鳳尾蘚科為台灣蘚類植物中研究較為詳盡的科屬之一,因此從鳯尾蘚科植物著手進行將有助於數位模式的建立。另外再選取其中雙態或是多態的特徵進行Cladistics分析,藉由外部型態特徵來重建台灣產鳳尾蘚的親緣關係。分析結果顯示在常用於鑑定的特徵中,僅有植株大小、葉舷分化、以及前翅和背翅的疣特徵較能顯現出單系群的分群和同源性,其他大部分的特徵則為無法明顯的分群的同塑特徵或是擁有少量訊息的後代獨有特徵,無法將鳳尾蘚確切的分群。
Abstract
In this study we collected about 300 specimens including 47 taxa of Fissidens of Taiwan to construct the morphylogical character database by DELTA program. Accroding to the character data, it also can automatically generate identification key, taxon descriptions, and interactive identification keys. Phylogeny of Fissidens is inferred by cladistic analyses of twenty-four binary or multistates morphylogical characters. However, Fissidens is not convincingly diagnosed by some synapomorpy due to the high frequency of homoplasy, excepting the size of the plant, limbidia, and the papillae of apical and dorsal lamina.
