隨著資訊科技的發展,智能手機以及網路的應用給整個人類的生產和生活方式帶來了巨大的變化,進入到21世紀以來,智慧型手機開始大規模普及,依附於智慧型手機的APP行業也應運而生,各種APP給人類生活也帶來了各種便利。在APP設計行業內,對於一個資歷較深的APP設計師來講,從接收到一個使用者經驗訊息到做出一個完整的設計案的過程中,他可以憑藉自己積累的設計能力對接收到的資訊進行一個很好的處理和詮釋表達,但是對於一個資歷較淺的設計師,他轉化使用者經驗的模式是否和資深設計師是一樣的呢?本研究欲採用深入訪談法和口語分析法進行研究,訪談法針對前期使用者,得出使用者經驗,再針對受測設計師使用口語分析法,讓他們在設計一款手機APP的過程中,對他們在得到使用者經驗到設計結束的口語進行分析和整合,得到了資深設計師在轉化過程中的四種轉化模式,分別是:“操作提醒轉化法”,“資訊提醒轉化法”,“規範提醒轉化法”以及“情景重現轉化法”,以及資淺設計師運用的轉化方法,把它們通過直觀的方式表現出來。再比較出他們轉化模式的差異,讓APP設計公司對新進設計師的培訓和設計師的晉升提供標準。
With the development of information and technology, the use of smart phone and network has brought great changes to human's production and living way. Since the 21st century, Smartphone has become widespread on a large scale, and APP industry that attaches to smart phone has emerged at the right moment. Different kinds of APP have brought various convenience to human's life. To a senior App designer, he can dispose the received information and express them well by his accumulated design capacity from the process of receiving user experience information to finishing the whole design project. However, to a junior designer, whether he transforms the approaches of user experience just the same as what senior designers do? This thesis aims to use through interview method and oral analysis method to study this problem. The Interview method aims to preliminary users and wants to find their experience. Then the thesis uses the oral analysis method to the measured designers and wants to make the designers who are in the process of designing APP analyze and integrate the spoken language from receiving user experience to finishing the design. Consequently, the thesis gets four transforming approaches in senior designers' conversion process, which are “Transforming method of operation reminding”, “Transforming method of information reminding”, “Transforming method of standard reminding”, “Transforming method of situation recurrence” respectively, and some transforming methods that are used by junior designers. I want to express the above transforming methods by intuitional ways and compare their differences of transforming approaches, which will provide standard for new designers' training and their promotion of APP designing companies.
