  • 在產品汰換率極高的時代裡,企業唯有不斷更新自家產品才能維持其競爭力與利潤,然而台灣許多中小企業並未有足夠的資源去培養優秀的設計師,因此,產學合作自然成為中小企業尋找創意與創新的最佳選擇。可事與願違,諸多產學合作成果與預期的成果產生極大的落差,這導致許多中小企業僅嘗試數次即放棄產學合作這項選擇。基於上述原因,本研究欲提出一種評估創意的方式(以下簡稱創意總和),其目的不外乎是希望從同學們的作品中萃取出極具價值的部分,也許單從成果來看確實不如預期,但如果能從不同的構面來解析其成果的話,或許企業也能從中獲得新的能量與創意。
    本研究主要可分為兩個部分,第一部分主要為課程講解與產學合作,授課的課程分別為通識課程、產設課程與在職專班。而本研究實際與企業進行合作,以金屬片材為題目進行專案指導,學生創作的過程中筆者也實際進行參與和討論。 第二部分主要為評估與比較同學的專案作品,首先筆者針對合作的企業制定了相關的評估質性項目,可分為新穎性、多樣性及品質三部分,接著提出了八種比較結果的方式,希望能藉由此步驟來增加創意總和的可能性。最後筆者進行了八種方式的比較,並依照其評估結果提出了兩種假設,並以該兩種假設為基礎進行快速設計,最後提出創意總和的描述。

    In an era of extremely high product replacement rates, companies can only maintain their own products to maintain their competitiveness and profits. However, many small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiwan do not have sufficient resources to train outstanding designers. Therefore, industry-academia cooperation is natural. Become the best choice for SMEs looking for creativity and innovation. However, contrary to expectations, the results of many industry-academia collaborations have differed greatly from expected results, which has led many SMEs to abandon the choice of industry-academia collaboration after only a few attempts. Based on the above reasons, this research intends to propose a way to evaluate creativity (hereinafter referred to as the sum of creativity). The purpose is nothing more than to hope to extract valuable parts from the students' works. Perhaps the results are indeed not as good as expected. , But if the results can be analyzed from different aspects, perhaps companies can also get new energy and creativity from it.
    This research can be divided into two parts. The first part is the course explanation and industry-academia cooperation. The courses taught are general courses, production courses and on-the-job classes. This research actually cooperates with enterprises, and uses metal sheet as the topic for project guidance. The author also actually participates and discusses in the process of student creation. The second part is mainly to evaluate and compare the project works of the students. First, the author formulated relevant evaluation qualitative items for the cooperative enterprises, which can be divided into three parts of novelty, Variety and quality, and then proposed eight ways to compare the results. , I hope this step can increase the possibility of summing up ideas. In the end, the author made a comparison of eight methods, and put forward two hypotheses according to the evaluation results, and quickly designed based on the two hypotheses. Finally, a description of the sum of creative ideas was put forward.
