  • 近年來由於資訊科技的發展,網際網路及資訊技術被大量的使用在各個領域上,包含醫學資訊領域。藉由本研究分別建立兩個系統,分別來幫助醫師在臨床上遇到的問題能快速找到可能的答案或者透過虛擬病人與醫師對答,來訓練醫師的問診技巧。
    本研究分成兩個部份,第一部分主旨在於建立一個醫學文獻蒐集與分析系統,利用醫學文獻組織所提供的檢索介面,將醫學文獻資料全部擷取回本機端,將資料彙集整理並進行分析後,系統建議醫師哪些文獻可以優先閱讀,可減少醫師收集與閱讀資料的時間。
    第二部份建立互動式語音問診系統,目的在於幫助沒有問診經驗的醫師,能更了解實際問診的流程,讓使用者能從虛擬病人的回答當中抓取重點或者是當虛擬病人答非所問時能夠將虛擬病人導回正題。

    Recently, due to the development of the information technology, internet and information techniques have been used in many application areas including medical applications. This research includes two systems, which help physicians find out possible answers to solve EBM problems and train medical students interrogation techniques via conversations with virtual patients.
    The first system aims at helping physicians for EBM medical article collection and analysis. Through retrieval interface, the system collects literature search parameters from the users and searches the relevant medical literatures from various commercially available EBM libraries for the users automatically. Then, the system arranges and analyzes those literature papers, and suggests users to read those higher priority literature papers. consequently, it can save the users a lot of time in collecting, analyzing, and reading literature papers.
    The second system is for interactive verbal interview, which aims to train medical students inquiry experiences to learn more about real clinical interview process. This system allows users to collect information through interviewing a virtual patient and record correct information. Both systems can help the medical training significantly.
