網際網路以超高速度在全球蔓延開來,企業為了生存與發展必須不斷地推出新產品。而新產品的開發雖為企業帶來利潤與收益,卻也相對存在著風險。探討新產品開發失敗的原因,有些是未能正確掌握消費者需求;有些則是設計師與客戶溝通不良使得開發時間過長,喪失了新產品上市的時機。
因此,經由本研究將資料處理分析結果,應用在網際網路上,達成設計師與客戶之間的溝通平台,並希望能夠建立消費者需求為導向的特徵參數化造形設計模式,以有助於設計師掌握客戶的想法,做最有效的溝通,節省不必要的設計開發成本與時間。
本研究選定「電腦機殼」為實驗產品,經由MDS分析挑選市面上具有代表性的電腦機殼產品後,利用特徵導向的概念,尋找出電腦機殼組成構件基本元素,再透過分解形態設計要素及層屬架構(Hierocracy)的建構方式,規劃出每個構件原型特徵組,然後依據具有代表性的電腦機殼產品分析所得的造形法則及構件基本元素,定義出每個構件特徵參數合理變化範圍,而在參數合理變化範圍內,利用美學規則及造形法則,以特徵參數內插漸變的方式衍生出新構件造形,將電腦機殼分成數個構件造形參數組,再透過形態學圖表,排列組合以衍生出多種造形。再以可拓工程優度評價法建立出造形特徵參數與語彙間之關係模式。
將資料處理過後的結果建立語彙造形資料庫,建構出兩個主軸系統,一為網際網路商務系統,二為造形意象特徵參數化輔助設計系統,如此,設計師可在網路上與客戶建立溝通橋樑,再經由造形意象特徵參數化輔助設計系統,設計出來的產品,更能夠符合消費者心中意象的產品;充分發揮產品設計效能,並縮短產品開發時間,以提高產品競爭力。
As the rapidly global extending of Internet, the enterprises have to produce new products constantly for survival. However, the development of new products brings the income and profits as well as the risks to the enterprises. In studying the failure of the new production, we find some of the reasons are catching the needs of consumers incorrectly and some are losing the timing of entering the market due to the redundant time for the bad communication between designers and the clients.
Therefore, the works of this research are approaching the efficient communication between the designers and the clients for reducing the unnecessary cost and time of design by applying the analyzed data through Internet and to construct the parametric modular of shape design as to assist the designers knowing the opinion of clients.
In this paper, we select the representative samples of computer cases in market for experiments and study. A feature-based method is first used to find out the basic feature components of the computer case and to construct a CAD model. Then, defining the reasonable variation of each feature parameter based on the analyzed principles of shape generation and feature elements from the representative samples, and, furthermore, various new shapes would be generated from the morphological chart. Finally, to construct the relationship between the feature parameters and impression words by applying the extension engineering method.
There are two main systems constructed based on the impression-shaped database. One is the commercial system for the internet, the other is the parametric assisting system of impression feature. Designers could communicate with their clients via Internet and develop the products more suitable for the impressions of consumers through the assisting system. Consequently, it could reduce the time of development as well as raise the efficacy and competitiveness of new products.
