  • The study of virtual team agility continues to improve organizational performance. This research focuses on investigating the mechanisms of virtual teams in enhancing agility using Task Technology Fit (TTF) framework through multiscreen synchronicity service. This study proposed communication characteristics as an additional predictor. This research used 649 respondents in Indonesia who has experience in virtual team both short-term and long-term related with government and non-government project using both platform social media and online collaboration tool simultaneously. The study used SEM PLS to test the measurement model and structural model. The results of the study explain the effect of extended theory of TTF which used in virtual teams agility
