本研究之目的乃利用一套多頻道之振動量測分析系統,來探討輸水站之旁通洩壓管增加鎖緊支撐在引水初步放流之振動改善情況。本研究利用模態測試法來完成,用敲擊試驗以加速度計量測洩壓旁通管的頻率響應。再以振動實驗軟體(Me’scope)得到旁通管之空管在自由振動情況下所對應的振態(mode shape)。
本研究亦藉由放流實驗分析所得之結果與此旁通洩壓管路之模態分析結果作比較。最後根據所有實驗上所得到的數據分析,可以初步評估該旁通管在即將放流時的安全性範圍。未來研究亦可用量測實驗所得到的結果及各項參數,來修正有限元素(FEM)模型在各條件狀況下參數的模擬。此種量測以及分析技術的建立,最後可以應用於振動監測系統開發的基礎上
The purpose of this thesis is to study the improvement for adding additional supports on the bypass drain after the valve by using a multi-channels measuring system for vibration analysis during the initial opening of the valve. The research is performed by modal testing, in which the accelerations of the vibrating system are obtained from hammer testing and the measuring frequency responses. Furthermore we use the vibration analysis software to get mode shapes and resonance frequencies.
The results obtained from experiments on the transportation pipe with flowing water are compared with the modal testing ones. Studying all the experimental data and the theoretical analysis results, we could make a preliminary safety estimation for the operational conditions. Based on the experiment results we can obtain the correct parameters for the FEM model and the correct solutions of the problems. The technique developed in this thesis can be the bases of building monitor system for the vibration measurements.
