航空公司是各項專業高度整合的事業,尤其在面對目前高漲的油價,以及航空公司間競爭非常激烈的年代,每一個環節都必需巨細靡遺地善加規劃,在『安全』的前提下,如何能在每一項作業中都能重視效益、節樽開支,才有辦法生存。在航空公司的經營成本中,燃油所佔有的比例正隨著油價上漲而節節高升,節省燃油己成為經營航空公司最重要的議題。而在各種節省燃油方案之中,本文探討航機派遣之飛航航路、高度、以及飛航計劃等航務規劃,對於飛航任務所需要的燃油量具有關鍵性的影響,因此航務規劃與飛行操作的妥善與否,將決定節省燃油的成效,進而決定了航空公司降低經營成本的成效。本研究以中華航空公司A-340飛歐洲航線為例,做詳細的印證與討論所提的觀點。
Running airlines is a highly integrated profession. It takes every effort from each divisions and processes to ensure proper and efficient operations in order to keep up with the strong market competition. In recent years, the soaring fuel prices are giving all the airliners a big struggle to survive. All kinds of efforts were done to try to save fuel as much as possible. Besides cutting cost by saving fuel, this thesis tries to aim at the airlines operation control on preferred route, altitude and overall flight plan to result in some key solution on fuel consumption in each mission. Therefore decisions can be made on the effort of fuel conservation and flight operation cost. This thesis adopts CAL A-340 in European flights to verify and discuss the proposed view points.
