本研究背景及目的主要是探討台灣傳產汽機車相關產業及光電產業,此二產業在21世紀競爭激烈的環境要如何生存?探討項目是以經營績效的前項變數、領導型態、組織文化,工作環境等構面相互關係。研究對象以台灣地區94年度車輛工業同業工會,相關汽機車中小企業及光電產業為研究母體。經由篩選出符合條件之廠商共63家為研究樣本,總計發放500份問卷,回收有299份,回收率達59.80 %,有效比率為94.65%。問卷調查回收後,以變異數分析、皮爾森相關、典型相關及迴歸分析、等統計方法分析此二種產業回收的資料。資料分析是以變異數分析,分析此二產業的差異性;皮爾森相關、典型相關,分析構面與構面因素之間的相關性;並以迴歸分析各構面與經營績效的相關性。經研究後,此二種產業在此領導型態、組織文化,工作環境四構面並無差異性。同時研究指出領導型態、組織文化及工作環境構面,確實會與企業經營績效有顯著的相關性,尤其是組織文化的影響程度較為顯著。
How do survival for the firms in Taiwan during the global market violent competition on 21 centry is very important. The main purpose of this research is to study the influence of business performance preceding composition. These include leadership style, organizational culture and working environment. The empirical study was focusing on vehicle related and optical industries in Taiwan. Total sampling size was 63 firms after evaluation and selected from these two different industries in Taiwan. After 500 questionnaire survey, it had been returned 299 questionnaires. And the return rate was about 59.8 %. The analysis methodology of statistical method which included factor analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis. After the statistical analysis, there were two major finding. The first was no any varied in the leadership style, organizational culture, working environment and business performance of these vehicle related and optical industries in Taiwan. And the second was that leadership style, organizational culture and working environment with obviously correlation result with business performance. Especially the organizational culture is the main factor which can influence the business performance most.
