  • 在這個數位時代中,數位化之影片資料有越來越普及之趨勢,也有越來越多的使用者接觸到這些影片資料。當使用者與影片資料量越來越多時,對於影片資料之管理成為其發展上極為重要之領域。因此,有越來越多的研究探討影片資料庫系統之實現。結合影片資料與資料庫系統之影片資料庫系統,提供使用者查詢並擷取影片資料。
    本論文中,先針對目前對於影片資料庫之相關研究進行探討,了解到一些處理影片資料上所該關心與考慮的論點,整理各研究之重點以及對我們的啟發,奠定我們資料庫設計上之主要觀念。接著說明我們對於影片資料庫設計上之想法,及實作上採取之方法,我們透過文字、影像與影片三種類型之設計,提供使用者不同之查詢方式。就文字敘述方面,我們建立了多種與影片相關之文字敘述來表示影片,在影像與影片方面,我們將影片切割成鏡頭,並取出關鍵畫面存放於資料庫系統,提供使用者對這些資料進行查詢。在論文的結尾說明我們所建立之影片資料庫系統實作與結果,並提出結論與未來展望。

    During the Digital Period, the more popular digital videos are becoming, the more people using these digital video. When there are more and more users and amount of video data, the management of video data becomes a significant dimension during development. Therefore, there are more and more studying of accomplishing video database system, which combine video data and video database system, and provide users to search and get them.
    In this paper, first will discuss with the studying of video database system, consider some main points of dealing video data, reorganize the main ideas toward our mind, in order to state the major issues for we to design a video database system. In addition, we will explain the thoughts of designing video database system, and the carrying out methods. Through text, image and video, these three types of designs, we provide different searching ways for users. For the description of text, we build many correlated words to express video. For the types of image and video, we cut video to shots, and save the key frames in to video database system. Those are for users to search the information more convenient. In the end of the paper, it mentions the implementations and results of our video database system, and point out the future usage in the conclusion.
