  • 因全球氣候治理發展趨勢驅動著全球諸國訂下2050淨零目標,更伴隨著2020年新冠疫情爆發和2021年世界多國陷入缺電危機,全球更是興起綠色復甦的浪潮。也因減碳趨勢開啟全球電動車浪潮之序,使碳中和、潔淨能源和新能源議題再度成為市場關注焦點。面臨全球暖化與氣候變遷之衝擊,降低能源耗用與強化溫室氣體排放管理已成為當前企業追求永續發展的必要策略。不僅如此也因2050淨零目標,減碳目標亦從環保面向擴及能源與產業轉型,與此同時,台灣企業順應全球電動車之發展,台灣汽車電子零組件廠商也開啟跨企業及跨產業合作,專業分工、開放平台和資源整合的市場發展模式,透過價值主張吸引多利害關係人的參與,揮別過往線性價值創造並以創造集體協作之新價值創造系統模式。因此,本研究旨在探討「台達電」建構生態系統之歷程,並進一步剖析此生態系統結構取向與建構,最終得出企業自身之競爭優勢與生態系統之佈局完整性程度。
    本研究採用質性研究中的單一個案研究法,並以「台達電」作為研究標的,透過「價值共創」與「生態系統」之理論基礎,逐步分析台達電所建構的生態系統之演變過程,以及處於電動車產業中,身為汽車電子零組件廠商的自身競爭優勢。根據本研究結果發現,台達電產業生態系統建構之歷程,首先,是由中心企業在互惠共榮的基礎之下提出的價值主張來吸引互補參與者加入,接著再透過參與者進行資源交換與分享,從而為自身與整個生態系統創造出更多的價值。並於相互協作之過程,透過治理機制之設置來確保生態系統得以順利運作進行,最終將達成參與者集體協作以共創價值之成果。然而,個案也透過自身節能整合解決方案提供者之角色,展開相對應之策略行動與產業佈局,創造屬於自身的核心價值與競爭優勢進而形塑其共生共榮之生態系統永續發展。

    As the development trend of global climate governance drives countries around the world to set the net-zero target by 2050. The goal of carbon reduction has also expanded from environmental protection to energy and industrial transformation. Besides, more Taiwanese auto electronic components manufacturers carry out cooperation with cross-enterprise, cross-industry, and cross-value chain. The ecosystem is alos a new value creation system which overturns the past linear value creation and instead attracts a group of multilateral complementary participants through value proposition. Therefore, the purpose of study is to explore the process of "Delta" in constructing an ecosystem, and to further analyze the construction of this ecosystem, and finally obtain the company's own competitive advantage and the completeness of the ecosystem.
    This research takes qualitative research methods with single case: Delta and gradually analyzes the process of the construction of Delta ecosystem by the theoretical basis of "value co-creation", and"ecosystem". The results of this research found that Delta industry ecosystem follow the principles mentioned in the literature review. However, the most difference is the case also uses its role as a provider of energy-saving integrated solutions to carry out corresponding strategic actions and targets arrangement. To create its own core values and competitive advantages and shape its symbiotic and co-prosperous ecosystem for sustainable development.
