由於現代的科技進步,自動化的技術已成為一種趨勢,若定位平台能同時運用PC-Based控制器與視覺設備時,即能符合現在及未來發展之智慧型控制設備,並可減少錯誤發生,提高精確度和提升製程良率,減少不必要的成本。本研究重心主要建構一套有效的影像定位系統,此系統是以機械視覺設備搭配三軸運動機構所構成,主要的目的是為了要提升定位的精度,避免人為的因素造成其誤差。
在研究重點方面主要是針對待測物上標記圖形進行辨識處理,本系統涵蓋了影像辨識模組、圖形比對搜尋模組和平台控制模組,透過影像辨識模組進行影像前置處理的動作,利用正規化相關係數法完成圖形比對的動作,透過分享記憶體(Share Memory)的觀念來實現輸出修正量給予平台控制模組進行定位的動作。透過實驗證明,本系統具有適應多種形狀標記計算的能力,並達到快速且對圖形判斷皆能無誤處理。
Automation technology has been an important tendency in our modern world. In this study, a new system combined with positioning table, PC-Based controllers and visual equipment was proposed. It is able to decrease errors and increase accuracy and yield. The critical purpose of this study is to develop an effective image positioning system composed of machine visual components and a 3-axes motion mechanism to improve positioning accuracy and avoid man-made influence.
This study focuses on recognition of marks on measuring plate and contains image recognition module, pattern matching module and table control module. The image pre-processing is done by image recognition module, and the pattern matching is done by Normalized Cross Correlation. In addition, the input of table controller module is an error signal to achieve the positioning motion through share memory. This experiment proved that this system is able to process various marks in high speed.
