採用建築用紙管模進行鋼筋混凝土圓柱之模板,可減少因傳統木製模板應用於圓形柱時,須以多片拼接的方式進行,此種施工方式將產生較多的介面,容易導致澆置混凝土產生爆模或施工面不佳的情況,紙管模的尺寸精細度較高,且只需要將基礎鋼製模具改變即可量產多種尺寸之紙管模,應用於實際建築案例中,可使用之尺寸彈性較大,且可避免因模具製作費用過高,使受限模具數量而必須多次施工。
本研究以透過問卷調查與訪談,取得國內建築用紙管模的生產模式與規格,再針對國內有生產建築用紙管模之紙器廠商,提供之施工案例,進行案例調查與施工、設計單位之訪談。經中華電信黃頁網路電話簿蒐集彙整有關紙器生產廠商有1175家,再從營業項目選出生產紙管廠商約238家,初步進行電話的訪談後,確認有生產紙管廠商計64間進行問卷調查,所得回收問卷共18分,其接受訪談之廠商共13間,所得應用紙管模案例共18個。
國內紙管模發展已有40年以上,有生產建築用紙管模最早從民國67年始,其所生產首批紙管模應用於戶外涼亭的鋼筋混凝土圓形柱上,直至民國85年後開始有專門生產建築用紙管模之廠商,建築用的紙管模生產系透過一完整生產線,從原料紙分割上架、輸送上膠、滾捲成筒到切斷輸送,紙管模的內徑有一定尺寸限制,目前國內常規可訂製的最長為835CM,直徑介於20-105CM。
國內建築用紙管模施工有共同的施工流程,主要是由紙管模輸送至工地後,進行工作性加工、定位組立、灌漿拆模與完成面檢查等四個主要的步驟,經案例調查結果顯示,國內應用建築用紙管模所完成案例,常見有破損、刀傷、凹陷與PE膜損毀等四項,其中以刀傷最高約佔全案例之50%,刀傷之產生起因拆模時以電鋸將紙模切割拆除,解決方式為減少電鋸切入的深度,並於靠近內層時改以美工刀切割,可避免刀傷之產生,或採取有易拆模技術之紙管模。
The adoption of constructional paper pipe die as the template of reinforced concrete columns can reduce multi-piece splicing when traditional wooden template is applied in columns, which may produce more interfaces and is easy to cause mold explosion or imperfect construction surface of casted concrete. The dimensions of paper pipe die have higher fineness. Furthermore, it only needs to change basic steel mold to produce paper pipe die with different dimensions in quantity. When it is applied in actual construction cases, it has larger usable dimension flexibility, and it can avoid causing multiple times of construction as the basic mold manufacturing cost is too high and construction is restricted by the quantity of molds.
With questionnaires and interviews, the study obtains the production mode and specification of constructional paper pipe die in Taiwan. Aiming to the construction case provided by paper manufacture which manufactures constructional paper pipe die in Taiwan, it takes case investigation and interview with construction and design units. With Internet telephone directory of Chunghwa Telecom Yellow Page, it collects 1175 paper manufactures, and it sorts out about 238 paper pipe manufactures from the business scope. After taking telephone interview preliminarily, 64 manufacturers are confirmed with paper pipe production. Then it takes questionnaire survey. Recollected questionnaires are 18 copies totally and manufacturers who receive interview are 13. Obtained paper pipe application cases are 18 totally.
In Taiwan, paper pipe has had more than 40 years of development history. Constructional paper pipe die production was started from ROC 67. Produced first batch of paper pipe die is applied on reinforced concrete columns of outdoor pavilions. Until ROC 85, it had dedicated constructional paper pipe die manufacturers. Constructional paper pipe die production is a complete production line, from raw paper splitting and racking, glue conveying, rolled into tube to cutting and delivery. The internal diameters of paper pipe die have certain restriction. Currently, max commonly customized length is 835CM and diameter is 20-105CM in Taiwan.
In Taiwan, constructional paper pipe die construction has common constriction process. After the paper pipe die is delivered to the construction plant, it takes four main steps, i.e. workability processing, positioning & assembly, grouting & form stripping and finished surface inspection. With case investigation, the results show among finished cases with application of constructional paper pipe die, it commonly has breakage, cut, dent and PE film damage. The cut has the highest proportion, which accounts 50% of the all cases. It is caused by cutting of electric saw for the convenience of removing when taking form stripping. The solution is to reduce the cutting depth of electric saw. When it is near the interior layer, it adopts art knife for cutting to avoid causing cut, or adopts paper pipe die with easy stripping technology.
