無樁帽基樁之非破壞檢測技術已相當成熟,在國內外也有可觀的測試結果,含樁帽基樁因其幾何效應和樁帽邊界條件之影響,使訊號相對地複雜,因此,含樁帽系統的檢測仍有相當大的發展空間。
本研究利用改寫之程式將希伯特-黃轉換應用於含樁帽基樁非破壞檢測上,希望能透過希伯特-黃轉換之特性將樁帽、樁底與缺陷頻率分離以嘗試判斷基樁長度度與缺陷位置,本研究選擇了脈波反應法來進行試驗,分別討論了不同衝擊鎚與不同取樣頻寬對於試驗結果是否有影響,對有方型缺陷之缺陷樁分別討論受波器擺設位置是否對訊號判別有影響,研究結果顯示,能激發較高頻能量之衝擊鎚要搭配取較高的取樣頻寬,而激發能量較低之衝擊鎚要搭配較低之取樣頻寬,而受波器擺放位置在判別缺陷訊號尚無太大之影響,除了含樁帽完整樁可以有可接受誤差範圍之結果,其餘的含樁帽缺陷樁於時頻圖分析大致無法得到良好結果,也有混模的問題,顯示樁帽之影響甚大。另外,將完整樁延伸利用改良的希伯特-黃轉換加以探討,結果顯示混模的問題減少,但分析結果與原始訊號分析結果並無太大差異。
The non-destructive test (NDT) of pile without pile cap had been well developed, and considerable results had been shown. In the case of pile with pile cap, on the other hand, because of its geometry and pile cap boundary effects, complicated the testing results. Therefore, more research has to be done in the NDT of pile with pile cap.
This study applied the modified Hilbert-Huang transform program on NDT of piles with pile cap in hope to separate the pile cap, defects, and pile bottom signal to estimate the location of them. Impulse response method was chosen for this study, and the effect of using different types of impact hammers and frequency range was discussed. The effect of sensor locations was also discussed in this study. The results showed that the impact hammer that excites higher energy should accompany with higher sampling frequency band, and vice versa. The sensor location had no effect on testing results. Except for the intact pile, the frequency-time analysis results of all other defect piles were not acceptable with the problem of mode mixing, and it shows that the existence of pile cap present a big problem in analyzing the data. The testing result of the intact pile was further analyzed with modified Hilbert-Huang transform. The results showed that although mode mixing problem was reduced, the analyzing result looks no different than the original result.
