  • 在台灣營造(Architecture, Engineering and Construction, AEC)產業仍屬於傳統產業,其中室內裝修設計部分,多由室內設計師依靠平面圖紙來設計,以及與業主或相關建材供應商進行溝通,容易產生理解程度、相關專業知識不充足或是資訊不對等的情況導致相關參與者須耗費龐大心力與時間在實際見面溝通設計及挑選建材材料,避免後續因設計與施工不符發生爭議事件。隨著建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling , BIM)發展逐漸成熟,部分室內設計師會運用Sketchup來建立3D空間模型來進行設計,但由於Sketchup的渲染效果較不理想,而3DsMax操作難度高,因此多數設計師會選擇將渲染作業外包,最終產出的成果也多以圖片或影片來呈現預計完工樣貌,雖能改善理解程度問題使業主理解預計完工樣貌,但因角度差異,照片與影片無法完全展現現場空間尺度,仍與現場有所差異,業主無法藉此判斷是否符合自身需求。近年來,元宇宙(Metaverse)的應用逐漸增加,而延展實境(Extended Reality,XR)作為元宇宙的關鍵技術之一,其中虛擬實境(Virtual Reality,VR)在國內外已有許多應用於室內裝修設計之研究,結合建築資訊模型,操作者可利用VR頭戴式顯示器與操控手把漫遊於BIM建構出的虛擬空間,可以解決平面圖說無法完美呈現空間尺度問題,但目前多數研究僅針對單一使用者以及使用情況,也較少結合雲端資料庫紀錄操作者行為,因此未能有效輔助室內裝修設計作業的執行效率。
    本研究為解決室內裝修設計作業理解程度以及現存資訊不對等問題並提高作業效率,首先進行專家訪談並以IDEF0方法解析室內裝修設計作業之資訊需求、作業流程以及常見問題,整合訪談結果以及分析結果制定符合室內設計師、業主以及相關供應商所需之協作平台功能、模型建置與資訊需求以及雲端資料庫架構,分析不同身份者操作情境,建立符合室內裝修設計作業需求之營建協作平台,並連結雲端資料庫,紀錄平台作業行為,減少爭議問題產生,提高室內裝修設計作業效率成效。

    Most interior design in Taiwan often rely on graphic drawings for design and communication. Relevant participants need to spend a lot of effort and time during the design process due to insufficient understanding, insufficient relevant professional knowledge, or unequal information. Recently, the application of the Metaverse has gradually increased, and Extended Reality (XR) is one of the key technologies of the Metaverse. Virtual Reality (VR), which is a vital technology in XR, can be combined with building information model to solve the problem that spatial scale cannot be perfectly presented in the floor plan. Most of the relevant studies have only focused on a single user and use case. Therefore, this research will analyze the decoration process and understand the needs of different users through expert interviews and literature review. Besides, this study proposes to establish a construction collaboration platform based on the concept of the Metaverse combined with the building information model by using the cloud database as an aid. After analyzing the operating conditions of different users under different situations, it is expected that the platform can solve the problem of asymmetric understanding and information in the process of interior design, and thus enhance the operation efficiency.
    In conclusion, this study intends to analyze the information and operation requirements of interior design. Then, establishes a transmission framework that integrates a cloud database and virtual reality to develop a construction and collaboration platform that assists decoration operations with the concept of the Metaverse.
