機電工程之施作複雜且多樣且所需作業資料量龐大,但目前仍然仰賴紙本圖資及經驗進行機電系統的施作,容易因為人為的判讀錯誤、專業知識的不足、資料的傳遞不及時等原因導致發生錯誤,造成後續專案上的不必要成本增加,為了避免上述問題,近年來越來越多的機電專案工程開始應用建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)進行專案之資料整合,以期待透過BIM進行專案資訊的互操作性來輔助機電工程之施工作業,卻因為BIM無法於施工現場提供作業人員即時進行BIM模型資料的應用、無法將作業現場資訊即時反饋至建模軟體等資料傳遞性不佳的缺點,使得BIM與作業現場之狀況不一致,導致建築資訊模型此項技術於施工作業的成效不彰,因此國內外研究開始嘗試利用混合實境技術(Mixed Reality,MR)之虛實互動的特性,藉以將BIM模型與模型資訊透過混合實境設備呈現於機電作業現場,然而混合實境技術雖然可以改善BIM之模型資訊無法於現場應用之問題,但許多專案都因為缺乏根據作業情境進行分析以建構符合相關作業之後端模型資料庫,以及缺乏有效之混合實境設備與建模軟體間之資料交互架構,故混合實境技術未能解決BIM無法即時反應現場狀況等的資訊不一致的問題,亦無法有效輔助現地作業之執行效率。
本研究為了使混合實境技術能夠有效輔助於機電工程的施作,藉以解決建築資訊模型與機電作業現場之資訊交互性不足的情形,首先使用IDEF0剖析機電作業之施作資訊需求、作業流程以及常見作業問題進行,接著利用分析結果歸納出後續協作系統開發之功能需求、模型建置需求、雲端資料庫建置流程及BIM模型資訊連結的規範,從而建立符合機電工程作業情境之雲端模型資料庫以及開發混合實境環境的功能,並進一步開發BIM模型以及混合實境應用程式間之資訊協作系統,藉此改善BIM應用於機電工程上資訊傳遞不即時及增進機電工程的作業效率。
The hardest work in construction must be MEP construction .Because of the factors like complicate elements ,a great variety of pipe system ,information transmission of MEP is not instant and construction process and inspection is inexact, the project cost and schedule of MEP construction are usually influenced by these factors.
With BIM technology developing , AEC(Architecture, Engineering & Construction) starts to extend the applications in construction use , but BIM technology is lack of immediacy to be applied in construction stage , and also is lack of process about model information transmission . These are the reason why BIM become so formalistic that would not be completely using in project, as mentioned above, the demands of establishing a BIM information transmission system and combining MR(Mixed Reality) in BIM are worthy to follow.
Before beginning of MEP work , the operator would take lots of drawings to do 3D element installation and preparation , during these complicate works ,there are massive calculations , measurements about construction site and also many inspections to avoid making error in process which would encumber project , in summary, developing the mixed reality based management system for MEP construction is important.
