  • This study aimed to examine patients' satisfaction and its influence on patient's word-of-mouth in terms of state owned hospitals in Mongolia. We experienced with total 7 constructs which is related with service quality, trust toward to health staffs, perceived service value, patients' satisfaction and patients' word-of-mouth.
Surprisingly the result was quite different than we expected that only service performance represents whole patients' perceived value. That means Mongolians perceive service quality as just service performance of medical treatment. Not surprisingly, as same as other research results patients' satisfaction leads to their word-of-mouth. Therefore this links approved in public healthcare sector in Mongolia. Based on our result, we have suggested new model in terms of state owned hospital patients' behavior, and recommended second test with increased number of participants and hospitals.
Obviously we couldn't reject all the research limitations; unwillingness attitude to fill out survey was the biggest obstacle for this study. Therefore, we are suggesting will be more careful about this issue in the future researchers. Participants should be educated before fill out the survey especially if you are using the other template of survey items.
