現在是網路發達的時代，很多人會在網路上發表自己心情狀態的言論，本研究以負面事件、負面情緒、症狀、負面想法四個詞典為依據，提出事件導向負面情緒模型(Event-Driven Negative Emotion Model)方法預測使用者是否具有憂鬱情緒。我們從PTT的Prozac Board收集該板使用者的文章，用以觀察、訓練與實驗。利用各特徵函數計算文章的憂鬱傾向分數值，對照心理學家的標記結果當成判斷的依據，便可協助預測憂鬱傾向。
本研究也參考了音樂與煩惱及憂鬱症的相關性，所以利用團體治療的療效因子（普同感及灌注希望）作為音樂推薦的依據，以音樂來緩解使用者的負面心境，總共會推薦兩首歌，第一首是普同感的歌曲、第二首是灌注希望的歌曲，並且以人工的方式收集有關灌注希望的歌單，再以本研究提出的Lyrics Pronoun Generation Model來將歌詞中不適合的代名詞換成適合的代名詞，再生成正向歌詞作為Inspirational Quote，使得推薦出來的歌曲中的正向歌詞能夠達到療效因子的灌注希望及情緒感染的效果也更貼近人與人之間的對話。本研究以問卷的方式來評估生成出來的歌詞是否合理及流暢。由問卷的實驗結果可以發現，Lyrics Pronoun Generation Model所推薦出來的Inspirational Quote是有效的。

Nowadays, many people write their mood state on the Web. This study is based on four lexicons: negative events, negative emotions, symptoms, and negative thoughts. Propose the Event-Driven Negative Emotion Model to predict whether the user has depression tendency. We collected articles from the PTT Prozac Board for observation, training and experimentation. Using the feature functions to calculate the depression tendency scores of the article, the results of the comparison with the psychologists can used as a basis for judgment to help predict depression tendency.
This study also refers to the correlation between music and worries, music and depression. We also use Group Psychotherapy’s Therapeutic Principles (Universality & Installation of Hope) as the basis for music recommendation and music is used to alleviate the user's negative mood. Totally two songs will be recommended, the first song is the song of universality, the second song is the song of installation of hope. The song list about installation of hope is collect manually. Then, the Lyrics Pronoun Generation Model proposed in this study used to replace the unsuitable pronouns in the lyrics with suitable pronouns. Next, generate positive lyrics as Inspirational Quote, which makes the positive lyrics in the recommended songs reach the Therapeutic Principle of Installation of Hope and the effect of Emotional Contagion and it is closer to the dialogue between people. This study uses a questionnaire to evaluate whether the generated lyrics are rational and fluent. From the experimental results of the questionnaire shows that the Inspirational Quote recommended by the Lyrics Pronoun Generation Model is effective.
