隨著數位化浪潮的來襲，當前的人工智慧（AI）技術發展迅猛，自2022年11月ChatGPT首次發佈的大型語言模型到如今，AI工具已經充斥著我們生活的方方面面，同時AI工具也廣泛的應用於各個領域，建築領域也正因其發展而產生重大變革。然而，傳統設計方法存在周期長、效率低、設計變更頻繁、與非專業業主溝通困難等問題。AI技術的發展為建築設計帶來了新的契機，通過AI與建築師的協同工作，可以顯著提高設計效率和質量。
本研究先以文獻回顧分析了建築形態設計、設計過程與方法及AI的應用案例，並研究Zaha Hadid Architects、BST系統等設計或研究單位在使用AI提升設計創新與效率方面的經驗。
研究方法中，對傳統建築形態設計流程和AI工具整合設計流程進行了詳細分析。研究將參數化設計工具和生成式設計工具應用於設計流程的各個階段，探索其在實際設計中的可行性 。
本研究旨在通過實際操作，為城市CBD辦公大樓的建築形態開發一種特定的AI協同設計流程，探討AI對建築形態設計的影響，並提出人機協作設計的新可能性。並探討AI工具的核心價值為何。

With the advent of the digital wave, the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has become increasingly evident. Since the release of the large language model ChatGPT in November 2022, AI tools have permeated various aspects of our lives, demonstrating remarkable potential and versatility across a wide range of fields. The architectural domain, in particular, is experiencing significant transformations driven by these technological advancements. Traditional design methods in architecture are increasingly confronted with challenges such as prolonged project timelines, inefficiencies, frequent design revisions, and communication barriers with non-professional clients. The integration of AI technology into architectural practice presents new opportunities to address these issues. By facilitating collaborative work between AI systems and human architects, it is possible to achieve substantial improvements in both the efficiency and quality of design processes. This study focuses on developing a specialized AI-assisted design process tailored to the architectural form of office buildings in urban central business districts (CBDs). Through practical application, it seeks to explore the profound impact of AI on architectural form design and to propose innovative approaches to human-machine collaboration in this context. Moreover, the study aims to delve into the core value that AI tools can bring to the field, paving the way for new possibilities in the collaborative design of the future.
