氣候變遷是當今全球面臨的最大挑戰之一,隨著地球氣溫逐年上升,生態系統的平衡受到威脅,人類所面臨的環境災害風險也日益增加,在此情境下,企業社會責任的角色不僅凸顯其重要性,而且也逐步成為企業策略的核心,許多台灣企業已認識到減少溫室氣體排放的重要性,並開始採取具體的行動,溫室氣體盤查是確定和監控溫室氣體排放的主要方法。此外,正確的盤查方法能幫助企業制定有效的減排策略,達到綠色發展的目標。
ISO 14064-1為國際認證標準,提供了溫室氣體盤查和報告的清晰框架,透過此標準,企業不僅能夠確保其盤查的準確性和完整性,還能提升其在市場上的環保形象,進而贏得消費者的信任,提升企業競爭力;本研究運用設計科學研究法(Design Science Research,DSR)參照國際標準ISO 14064-1盤查原則發展溫室氣體盤查系統,並透過API將此系統與企業的現有ERP模組有效串接,開發出適合企業使用的溫室氣體排放源蒐集系統架構,以期提高企業執行溫室氣體盤查的效率。
本研究所開發之系統架構,將以一企業作為檢驗對象,在開發過程中使用ISO 14064-1盤查原則,並應用ER Model以結合企業資源規劃系統,從ERP系統中獲取必要的欄位資訊轉換為活動數據,乘上對應的溫室氣體排放係數和GWP值,以計算出準確的排放數據,規劃出一套符合企業需求的溫室氣體排放源蒐集資訊系統架構,在溫室氣體盤查之過程中,提供可行的數據蒐集解決方案,更快速、簡單地進行數據蒐集和管理,協助企業較易通過第三方溫室氣體盤查認證,與簡化未來係數及清冊之維護作業。
Due to the climate change and many new regulations, increasing number of enterprises focus on reducing their greenhouse gas emissions. The international standard ISO 14064-1, Greenhouse gases Part 1: Specification with guidance at the organization level for quantification and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions and removals, provides a clear way for enterprises to quantify and to report the greenhouse gas emissions. However, since the sources of the emissions and associated activities are quite complicated, there is a need to integrate the information from the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and practices in preparing a greenhouse gas emissions report.
In light of this, this work employs the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology to align with the ISO 14064-1 practices to develop a greenhouse gas emissions report which interfaced with the ERP system. Utilizing the Entity-Relationship (ER) Model, the entity relationships between the ERP system and the greenhouse gas inventory system, as well as the associated information. The value of this study is to demonstrate an easier and systematic way for enterprises in compliance with third-party certification requirements (for ISO 14064-1) and less efforts in the maintenance.
