　　本研究之目的為：(1)根據Agnew一般化緊張理論內涵，探討不同緊張因素對青少年偏差行為的影響。(2)探討負面情緒在緊張因素及青少年偏差行為間所扮演的中介效應角色。(3)探討緊張因素、負面情緒、制握信念、性別等各變項對青少年的影響以及變項間的相互關聯效應。研究對象為台灣北、中、南、東地區之國中生，採隨機分層叢集抽樣，抽取八所國中共1434名學生，將所得資料以描述統計、皮爾森積差相關、結構方程模式等統計技術方法進行資料處理與分析。
　　本研究結果顯示：(1)負面生活事件、日常生活困擾、與他人負面關係、被害經驗等緊張皆對國中生的整體性偏差行為、外向性偏差行為、內向性偏差行為、學業適應問題等有顯著影響。(2)青少年所知覺之緊張對負面情緒有直接效應存在，且個體所知覺之緊張會透過負面情緒之中介效應，間接影響青少年在整體性偏差行為、外向性偏差行為、內向性偏差行為及學業適應問題上的發生頻率。(3)國中青少年在緊張因素中所面臨的緊張事件及緊張感受愈高，其外在制握信念愈高。(4)制握信念對青少年整體性偏差行為不具直接影響效果。(5)制握信念對國中生負面情緒具有直接效應存在。(6)性別對負面情緒、青少年偏差行具有影響效應，而性別對制握信念則無影響效應。最後，本研究根據研究結果進行討論，並提出家庭、學校教育與未來研究上之建議。

ABSTRACT

　The purposes of this study were to investigate：(a)whether strain factors had influence on adolescent deviance, according to the general strain theory；(b)whether the effect of negative emotion played a mediating role in the relationship between strains factors and delinquency；(c)whether strain factors、negative emotion、locus of control、gender had influence on adolescent deviance.The sample in this study was consisted of 1434 students from eight junior schools in Taiwan. In this study, statistical analyses included descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis.
　The major finding were as followings：(a) negative life events, life hassles, negative relationships with others, and victim experiences had significant direct effects on delinquency；(b)not only strain factors had significant direct effects on negative emotion, but also had indirect effect on delinquency；(c) the more strain events adolescents faced, the higher locus of control they had；(d) locus of control had no direct effect on delinquency；(e) locus of control had significant direct effect on negative emotion；(f) gender had direct effect on negative emotion and delinquency, but it had no direct effect on locus of control. Finally, possible explanations for these findings and implications were discussed. Based on the findings, this study also provided some relevant suggestions that could be a reference to school counselors and researches.
