During the competitive environment and promotion of the technical operation potency, causes to recognize (identification) the science and technology to act the important role in the automatic process. The radio frequency identify recognizes the technology (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) represents the non-contact type object to recognize the immediate material to obtain or the transmission information on many industries. RFID are both sciences of information and applications of technology, having a significant transformation to its management pattern and the operation flow. RFID technology widely applied to management and supply chain management. Books publishing industry are small-scale enterprise. The research from the viewpoint of value chain in books publishing industry discusses the of influence factors to the use of RFID.
This research discuss acceptance model of books publishing industry on RFID, reorganizes the domestic and foreign literature containing situation of books industry and the special characteristic analysis, understanding the utilization of the books publishing industry. Application of RFID on books publishing industry and the development of RFID. The discussion and the review of literature achieve the structure of the research.
In the empirical research take the questionnaire survey and interview of worker of RFID and publisher. Sampling mainly on Republic of China books publication industry, contains the middle manager of publish. Survey the acceptance of RFID of the Taiwan publishing industry according to analysis.
The research discuss the acceptance model to RFID on books publishing industry, from characteristics of science and technology of books publishing industry, characteristics of organizations and the cross-organization from RFID. Understand the demands of books publishing industry to the RFID. The factor of characteristics of technical-innovation plays an important role utility of RFID on books publishing industry. Organizational characteristics and cross-organization are important factors for the acceptance of RFID for publishing industry.
