Attributed to the more and more challenging conditions the small and medium enterprises are facing, it is time for them to turn the crises into turning points. The leadership and creativity should be applied to gain competition advantages. The emphasized creativity and the improved business continuity management are the core power of differentiation competition. The leaders of the enterprises should establish the core values and convince the staff of the values-promoted productivity, profit rate, and market share rate. Therefore, the study attempted to investigate the relationship among the leadership, creativity, and communicability.
The study investigated the effect of the leadership on creativity and communicability, the three factors on the enterprises, the factors on the staff efficacy, the leadership on services and manufacturing industries, in terms of whether there were significant differences.
Results showed that the effect of the transformational leadership on the creativity and communicability was significantly positively correlated. Thus, with the leader’s meticulous thinking and strong ambition, the creativity and satisfaction were improved, and so were the enterprise effectiveness and development.
The findings from services and manufacturing industries were: 1. The transformational leadership was significantly different, 2. The transactional leadership was insignificantly different.
