The purpose of this study is to explore whether the guidance of "dining games" can effectively improve children's willingness to eat vegetables. Propose strategies for parents to cope with children’s unhealthy eating behaviors, reduce children’s fear of new foods, and effectively promote children to complete active eating. During the research process, the researchers used observation methods and action research methods to examine the content of the dining game. First, according to the results of the literature discussion, this study uses the sound of chewing vegetables as the basis for designing a dining game. After three experiments, the researchers found out the parts that need improvement and optimization by observing the reaction of the children at the experimental site, propose the second version of the experiment process again, and start the second phase of the experiment. A total of four infant testers were tested to observe the completeness of the game content again, and finally proposed to develop a design suitable for promoting children’s willingness to eat vegetables. According to the results of seven studies, it has a good effect overall, which proves that this design is concrete and feasible. The author also believes that the early stage has made children willing to accept their original rejection of food, willing to try and see, and slowly guide to acceptance, it shows that dining games have specific effects on children's behaviors that they dare not eat vegetables. It is already a great harvest. Because of the current manpower and time, only testing vegetables, it may be applied to the other six categories in the future. On food, it is possible for young children to develop a balanced diet, which can be used as a reference for product development or follow-up research of related companies.
