近年來鐵路事故頻頻登上媒體版面,皆反映出鐵路單位目前的檢修管理模式流程需要改革。臺灣鐵路(簡稱臺鐵)的養護檢修資訊多以紙本方式儲存,取用和分析上較不便,本研究欲將鐵路檢修紀錄電子化,並建立資料庫架構,提供養護資料管理系統雛型,增加養護資訊的利用價值,進而提高鐵路營運安全與服務品質。
本研究以1067公厘軌距軌道橋隧檢查養護規範、1067公厘軌距鐵路長焊鋼軌鋪設及養護規範、高雄工務段提供之養護檢查紀錄表單作為資料庫系統關聯項目,以Microsoft Excel作為讀取資料表單、Python作為系統運作程式語言、MySQL作為鐵路養護資料庫,實現養護檢修資料進入系統後能依據規範標準判定軌道狀態,並產出檢查報告,同時將該筆資料存入資料庫,使用者能從資料庫中依需求抓取所需資料進行更多處理。
將鐵路養護檢查之真實記錄輸入系統,並與原先人工判定方式做比對,發現判定結果大致相同,並選定軌溫監測記錄、噴泥檢查、線形不整資料進行處理分析,可以分別看出檢查項目在不同路況、時間的數量變化與量測值大小。透過本系統,大量養護數據能被簡易查找利用,與紙本紀錄相比,數據處理效率明顯提高,但本系統雛型仍有非常多需要完善的部分,也需擴增更多功能,才能發揮系統最大價值。
Most of the maintenance information of Taiwan Railways is stored in paper format, which is inconvenient to access and analyze. This research intends to digitize maintenance data and establish a database. Establishing a prototype of maintenance management information system can increase the use-value of maintenance information.
This study uses the maintenance specifications and the maintenance record form provided by Taiwan Railways as the related items of the database system. Microsoft Excel as the interface for reading data, Python as the system operation program, and MySQL as the railway maintenance database. After the maintenance and repair data enter the system, the track status can be judged according to the norms, and the inspection report can be output. At the same time, the data is stored in the database, and the user can filter the required data from the database for more processing.
Input the real record of railway maintenance inspection into the system and compare it with the manual method, it is found that the judgment results are roughly the same, and the data in the database can be easily searched and used. Compared with paper records, the data processing efficiency of this system is improved. The prototype of the system still has many parts that need to be improved, and more functions need to be expanded to maximize the value of the system.
