  • 本研究以最廣泛被使用的版本ARIZ-85C之衍生版本ARIZ-85C (Fey) 作為基礎,並結合案例式推理方法 (Case-based reasoning,CBR) 使ARIZ可以因為案例資料庫的擴增而隨之成長,進而解決金字塔底層族群 (Bottom of the pyramid,BOP) 創新產品設計問題。 本研究的ARIZ大致可分為: 系統矛盾模型建立、系統矛盾分析及最小化問題建立、可用資源分析、概念解生成、案例歸納五大部份。 案例式推理方法的引入由第三部份開始,分別在可用資源分析加入案例索引系統; 概念解生成部份導入案例重用與修正方法; 最後案例歸納部份則負責解的留存。 研究中建立的案例索引資料庫以金字塔底層族群之創新產品為主。 透過本研究發展之創新問題解決方法,使創新設計後的產品適用於金字塔底層族群。

    The innovation algorithm developed in this thesis has five parts, such as System contradiction modelling, System contradiction analysis and mini-problem establishing, Available resources analysis, Conceptual solutions generating, and Cases summarizing and feedback.
    In the part of structure of the algorithm, this study integrates ARIZ-85C (Fey) and case-based reasoning (CBR) method to make innovation more efficient and the conceptual solutions more feasible. The case library in the innovation algorithm used currently has 84 product cases for the bottom of the pyramid (BOP). The case library helps user to generate ideas quickly and it will expand gradually.
    In ARIZ algorithm, Standard solution is another important way to solve the innovative problems. This study establishes a BOP-Standard solution solving process, which utilizes Yes/No-questions to guide user to find the most suitable solutions for the Su-Field model.
    In the part of operation of the algorithm, this study sorting the recommendations and rules for each step in each part of the innovation algorithm. This study also finished the helper methods that be used in the course of the algorithm operation and making ARIZ are easier to understand.
    The study uses three design cases to verify the feasibility of the innovation algorithm, and the algorithm successfully obtained the positive results. The conceptual solutions are similar with the concepts of existing BOP products. These results are evidenced by the innovation algorithm can be applied to obtain new BOP-friendly products.
