流體流經固體時會產生一系列不穩定之氣動力行為,並對固體表面施加週期性之壓力變化,此壓力可以風力係數評估。然而肇因於紊流之不穩定性,目前對於結構物所受風壓之評估,於《建築物耐風設計規範及解說》僅針對簡單規則之幾何斷面給出建議,對於特殊幾何或有其他不穩定疑慮者,則建議進行風洞試驗。但由於風洞試驗造價昂貴且有尺寸效應之問題,若能以計算流體力學之數值模擬方式輔助,除可大幅降低成本,提高經濟效益,亦可免除尺寸效應之影響。
本研究進行二維模擬,以高樓剛性模型之風洞試驗為模擬對象,使用大渦流模擬之WALE模型模擬空氣以每秒10公尺之速度流經該結構物時,作用於該結構物上之風力及其風力係數。從結果可以看到,數值模擬可具體模擬出氣流於結構物後方產生之尾跡及漩渦等,對於流場可視化之貢獻卓越,然對於風力及其係數之計算則有待精進。
而本研究亦針對數值模擬流程提出建議,可先以較粗糙之網格測試合適之計算域尺寸,再縮小網格尺寸進行更精細之模擬,同時也測試了不同出口邊界條件對模擬結果產生之影響。另外,本研究亦針對模擬過程中所需設定之不同參數進行測試,發現網格尺寸是未來可優先努力之方向。
When fluid flows over a solid, it generates unstable aerodynamic behaviors, leading to periodic pressure variations on the surface, which can be evaluated using wind force coefficients. However, due to turbulence, current assessments in the "Building Wind Resistance Design Code and Commentary" only address simple geometric sections. For special geometries, wind tunnel testing is recommended, though costly and subject to scale effects. CFD numerical simulations can reduce costs, enhance economic efficiency, and eliminate scale effects.
This study uses two-dimensional simulations with the WALE model of LES to simulate airflow at 10 m/s over a high-rise rigid model, focusing on wind forces and coefficients. Results show that while numerical simulations effectively replicate wake and vortex formation, the calculation of wind forces and coefficients needs further refinement. The study recommends starting with a coarser mesh for testing computational domain size, followed by finer mesh simulations, and emphasizes the importance of mesh size in future improvements.
