本研究主要目的是希望透過一系列不同設定條件的阻力試驗,加以確立雙體船船模在成大拖航水槽的試驗方法及技術,建立一套標準作業程序,做為日後類似試驗的依循,並藉由試驗前的數值模擬分析,與實際試驗數據相互比對,做為船舶設計的參考依據。
本研究主要分為四個部份:雙體船船模阻力試驗方法、船模加裝截流阻(Interceptors)對阻力的影響、成大水槽試驗數據與國外水槽數據比較、雙體船船模阻力數值模擬,藉由上述之分析方法以確立雙體船相關試驗技術與數值模擬應用比對,檢視實際拖航試驗與數值模擬數據的精確度。
在第一部份,說明試驗方法分別為單力計法與雙力計法,並探討兩者在試驗中所測得的船模總阻力有何差異,以及阻力力計於船模垂向高度與縱向位置變動之距離,造成船模總阻力量測的差異為何。
在第二部份,進行雙體船船模阻力試驗時,於船模艉部加裝截流阻(Interceptors)進行試驗,並將此試驗結果與力計位置變動的數據做比較,探討裝設截流阻後對於船模阻力、船模姿態的影響程度。
在第三部份,將力計位置變動數據與裝設截流阻後的試驗數據,與國外水槽的試驗數據進行比較,探討對於成大拖航水槽進行雙體船試驗的精度驗證。
在第四部分中,以數值模擬軟體OpenFOAM,對於本研究使用的穿浪型雙體船船模進行數值模擬,與試驗數據進行比對,並探討試驗與模擬數據之間的差異及趨勢。
The mainly purpose of this research is through a series of different test conditions, to set up an experimental technique for the resistance test of Wave Piercing Catamaran model, which can be used in ship performance test towing tank of National Cheng Kung University.
And establish a set of standard operating procedures, as in the future to follow similar tests, through the numerical simulation analysis before the test, and compared the actual experimental data are with each other, as a reference for ship design.
This research divided into four parts: the resistance test method of Catamaran model, the impact of Catamaran model installation interceptors on resistance, compared of experiment data with other towing tank, the numerical simulation result of Catamaran model.
By the above research methods, we can verify the test technique for resistance test and numerical simulation analysis for Wave Piercing Catamaran model.
First, this research use single force gage method and double force gage method to measure the resistance of ship model, and install the force gage in vertical and longitudinal position of ship model, then discuss the difference of the resistance measured in the experiment. Second, compared the test results, discuss the resistance, sinkage and trim of ship model, by installing Interceptors in ship's stern. Third, compare and discuss the experiment results with other towing tank, and verify the test accuracy of catamaran resistance technique for NCKU towing tank. Fourth, in this research, we use numerical simulation software OpenFOAM, to simulate the Catamaran model, also explore the difference of trends between experimental and simulation.
