地工織物應用於河、海堤防沖蝕時,常受到水中泥砂、碎石衝擊而造成織物表面磨損,影響其耐久性。本研究利用自製之渦流沖蝕儀以模擬地工織物於河川暴漲時受砂石粒料磨損之情形,並改變濁流中之粒料濃度、流速、粒料尖銳度、粒徑大小、粒料強度以及作用時間,以探討地工織物在不同流況下所受到的磨損行為,並嘗試利用試驗所得資料進行迴歸分析,以求得強度損失與各種參數之關係。比較實際量測之強度折減百分比(P.S.R.)與迴歸式及RT(平均斜率)預測法計算所得P.S.R.其誤差皆在4%以下,顯示此預測法對於織物較長時間磨損預測具有一定可信度。同時使用砂紙磨擦機對織物進行磨損試驗,了解織物在砂紙磨擦作用下之強度折減情形,並利用磨損次數及加載應力迴歸織物之P.S.R.,比較實測P.S.R.及迴歸計算之P.S.R.顯示其誤差在1.5%內,表示此迴歸式具有一定之可信度。
When we apply Geotextiles to keep the riverbank from erosion control, it is easily for Geotextiles to be worn away on its surface because of the strikes from silt and gravel in the water, which could bring the negative influence on its durability. The main purpose of this research is to simulate the situation the way how Geotextiles are damaged by silt and gravel when rising tide by our Turbid flow chamber. In this experiment, we could learn that how the Geotextiles are corroded under the different flow condition by changing the silt, particle concentrations、flow durations、flow velocity、particle angularity、particle size、particle strength .Then, we use all the data from this experiment to have regressed. Therefore, the relation between Percentage of ultimate strength reduction, P.S.R.(%) and each kind of parameter could be analyzed. By comparing the Percentage of ultimate strength reduction, P.S.R.(%) from the actual experiment, regression equation and RT(average slope), we could know the P.S.R. inaccuracy is under 4%. We have certain confidence in this forecast method using to predict how the Geotextiles erosion happen during the long span.
Meanwhile, we use the Sand paper/sliding block test machine to make the abrasion experiment on the Sand paper/sliding block test machine. We could know the variation of the intensity of the Geotextiles when it’s under friction by sand paper. By making use of the number of sliding cycles and normal stress to regress P.S.R, we compare the above data , experimental P.S.R., calculated P.S.R. The result of the comparison shows the inaccuracy is under 1.5%, which indicates that this regression equation is trustworthy.
