台灣四面環海，位處海島亞熱多震地帶且地狹人稠，使得建築設計往高層化、集中化之發展趨向；隨著國民所得提高，生活水準日益增進，為滿足休閒、健康之精緻生活需求及使用者享受一個舒適、安全之設備空間，所以產生探討高層建築設置室內游泳池問題之研究動機，希望經由個人參與台南大億麗緻酒店游泳池工程之經驗作一有系統之探討，進一步對高層建築設置室內游泳池問題作比對研究，藉以供相關業界之參考。

　　本研究藉由文獻的彙整，建立影響高層建築設置室內游泳池問題之規劃設計與施工管理的因子，進而以國內都會區高層建築觀光旅館、集合住宅中有附設室內游泳池及其相關工程之案例，透過問卷調查及現場調查之方法，經資料整理、分析與綜合歸納後，可達成針對台灣高層建築設置室內游泳池問題，瞭解其規劃設計原則、建立施工管理、釐清工程介面問題等之研究目的，探討游泳池工程最常發生的規劃設計、施工管理與工程介面之缺失問題並研擬對策，再以親自參與監造的個案-台南大億麗緻酒店游泳池工程來實例印證，推論並建議高層建築觀光旅館、集合住宅設置室內游泳池時，規劃設計方面：長方形平面形狀、面積在150m2~250m2之間、深度1~1.2m、剖面池底形狀近似平底不明顯之偏斜、溢流形狀採可消坡、溢水回收之芬蘭式及耐震輕量複合式不銹鋼貼磁磚的構體材質、氯水加臭氧機之消毒系統、熱交換加熱系統等為優先之選擇；施工管理方面：不銹鋼池體須落實電焊程序與電焊順序，RC製池體採用輕量、高強度、水密性高之混凝土及高拉可焊性鋼筋；工程介面方面：池體與基礎、防水、結構體之柱樑版位置、周邊裝修、設備等工程須事先整合、協調解決各階段作業銜接配合之問題，希冀臻於最合乎安全性、舒適性、方便性、施工性及經濟性之規劃設計原則、施工管理要領與整合性工程介面，提供高層建築設置室內游泳池工程之相關業界參考使用。

　　Around Taiwan are all seas and oceans, the island isolated in the subtropical and earthquake-prone region, its scanty area with a large population. All these impel the architectonic design to tend to be in high-rise style and centralized. With the uprising of the national income,the life quality is increasingly higher With a view to meeting recreational, healthy and delicate life demand and making a consumer enjoy a comfortable and safe space, I have had the research incentive to exploring the establishment of the natatorium in the high-rise construction. Simultaneously, I would like to share my own experiences of partaking of the construction of the natatorium of Tayih Landis Hotel in Tainan City. Furthermore, I’d like to have the feedback and contribution by means of the research on this.

　　By collecting the relevant documents, this research has discovered the factors that have impact on the designing and constructing of the natatorium in the high-rise building. Moreover, with the cases of the establishment of the natatorium in the high-rise tourist hotels and centralized neighborhood units in the domestic metropolitan areas and relevant construction along with the questionnaire and fieldwork,after material filing,analyzing and inducing, we can achieve the goals of realizing the design and layout principles, establishing the construction management, and ascertaining engineering interface arguments, etc. And then I further take my person supervision of constructing the natatorium of Tayih Landis Hotel in Tainan City as example to illustrate, induce and suggest the layout and design in the construction of the natatorium of the high-rise tourist hotels and centralized neighborhood units as follows:
　1. layout and design: shaped rectangular plane, with the area of 150㎡~250㎡, the depth of 1~1.2m,the shape of the cross sectional pool bottom similar to the flatbottomed unapparent slant, the overflow shaped the eliminable slope, with the material of Finnish overflow recycling and shock-proof,lightweight, stainless tiles, adopting sterilization system with chlorine water added ozone, prioritized the heat-alternated heating system.
　2. construction management: stainless pool bottom ascertained electric soldering procedure and sequence, RC –made pool body with lightweight, high intensity, high density concrete and highly-extended solder able steel.
　3. engineering interface: the position of the beam board of the pool body and basic, waterproof and main body, organizing the peripheral equipment in advance, negotiating and solving the problems of different phases of end-to-end plus coordinaiotn.

　　In the hope of satisfying the safest, the most comfortable, convenient, constructive and economical layout and design principles, construction management main points, and integrated engineering interfaces, we support the reference pertaining to the high-rise natatorium engineering for all relevant fields.
