  • 研究背景:
    在評估孩童的行為問題上主要的觀察為父母與老師,父母是在家庭環境中熟知孩童的人,老師是在學校環境中觀察孩童和其他孩童的社會、團體互動,由文獻指出不同的量表可以得到孩童更多的資訊,因此本研究目的探討父母、老師間評量孩童的行為表現為何、兩個量表間的一致性、以及影響兩量表間一致性的因素。
    研究對象:
    研究對象為蘇美心(2008)收案對象,出生於民國89年5月1日至民國90年4月30日,在父母評量部分有388名孩童(大陸籍111名、越南籍85名、本國籍192名)、在老師評量部分有281名孩童(大陸籍72名、越南籍66名、本國籍143名)。可配對資料共279名孩童(大陸籍71名、越南籍66名、本國籍142名)。
    研究結果:
    在父母、老師評量孩童行為問題的一致性部分,在內化、外化行為問題上,父母、老師評量的一致性在-0.001~0.34,因此父母與老師評量孩童行為問題的一致性並不高。結果指出在外化行為的一致性比起內化行為是較高的。且當父母、老師平均評量孩童的行為問題愈高時,則父母、老師間的一致性會降低。在評量父母、老師間分數差異的基本人口學變項有國籍、性別、父母親婚姻等基本人口學因素,本國籍、男生、雙親離婚或死亡會增加其間的差異。
    結論:
    在評量孩童的行為表現時,透過家庭照顧者、學校長時間的接觸者導師雙方的評量可以增加評量的客觀性,由不同環境、觀察者可以得到更多的訊息,以增加對孩童的了解。

    Background: Assessing children's behavioral problems are parents and teachers. Parents are well-known children in the family environment. Teachers observe children interacting with other children in a social, group setting. Using different tools can gather more information. So we want discuss the agreement between parents and teachers reports on behavioral problems of children and the relationship between demographics and parent-teacher agreement.

    Materials and method: Samples(Su, 2008) were chosen from live birth from 2000/5/1~2001/4/30. We used Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL) for parents to measure children’s behavior, a total of 388 children, including 111 Chinese children, 85 Vietnamese children, 192 Taiwanese children. Teacher Report Form(TRF) for teachers to measure children behavior, a total of 281 children, including 72 Chinese children, 66 Vietnamese children, 143 Taiwanese children. Match samples are total of 279 children, including 71 Chinese children, 66 Vietnamese children, 142 Taiwanese children.

    Results: The agreement between parents and teachers reports on the internalizing and externalizing problems is -0.001~0.34. The correlation between parents and teachers reports is low. The results show the parent-teacher agreement on rating children’s problem behaviors is high for externalizing problems than for internalizing problems. When the parent-teacher rate children’s problem behaviors is high, then the agreement between parents and teachers will be low. Taiwanese children, boys, parents divorced or died will increase the parent-teacher disagreement.

    Conclusions: Assess children’s behavior through parents and teachers can increase the objectivity. Different environment and observers can know more information, can know more about the children.
