    近年來大量產業外移,中國大陸已經成為世界的工廠.加上勞工意識高
    漲,環保嚴格要求,全球性劇烈競爭,各種重大變遷因素給企業帶來更
    大的挑戰,唯有推動上下游供應鏈垂直整合、改善不良製程、積極要求
    品質控管以提升品質,來追求較高的利潤以及成本的控制,迎面各種變
    化挑戰,不斷精進,使企業更具有競爭優勢。
    本文以使用物流模擬軟體flexsim來模擬研究解答在自動化的製造工
    廠因建廠或擴建工程中如:1:使用單向或者雙向的輸送帶設備來搬運.2:封
    閉路線的軌道車需要多少搬運車輛達到最大的搬運量.3:自動倉儲系統中
    使用雙支起重機(dual crane)搬運量比單支起重機(single crane)搬運量好多
    少,藉以尋求較佳的解決方案。
    使用模擬軟體之優勢在於先不花費昂貴的硬體設備之前,預測成本
    最低的解決方案及未來生產作業模式,對企業來說達到無形的降低成本!

    Taiwan has no mineral resources of crude oil, all the variety of manufacturing
    industries constitute the country's major economic lifeline. We can say that all
    of the small-to-medium enterprises create a Taiwan economic miracle, laying
    out the Newly Industrial Economics in Asia. In recent years, a large number
    of relocation happen to industrial; mainland China has become the factory of
    the globe. With the rising awareness of labour right and the government‘s
    strictness in environmental protection in Taiwan, all kinds of enterprises have
    faced severe challenges. Only by promoting downstream supply chain vertical
    integration, improving the manufacture process, and demanding high quality
    cost control, can enterprises pursuit higher profits and face various challenges
    to demonstrate competitive advantages.
    This study investigates and uses a simulation logistics software, the flexsim,
    to solve problems arise from construction or expansion projects for automated
    manufacturing plant, such as to use single-direction or bi-direction conveyor
    to transport equipment, how many vehicles are required in a circular track to
    yield maximum handling capacity and what are the advantages by using dual
    crane instead of single crane in transport capacity of an Automatic Storage
    system.
    Using an off-the-shelf simulation software can have advantages in avoiding
    the cost of expensive hardware equipments in experiments for forecasting the
    lowest cost solutions and assuring future production operations, which is for
    sure making an enterprises overall cost down.
