基於「永續」及「健康」之考量,本研究針對國內空調箱(AHU)空調系統,調查其空氣側構件(如:濾網、熱交換器、風管以及出風口等等)之清掃作業現況。
選定22個案例,針對開啟空調前後之粉塵量加以測量,並以不同的設備使用年齡、空調系統構件之清潔程度以及公私立機構之維護管理為變因,探討開啟空調前後,粉塵濃度值之變化。最後針對以上步驟,對照國外相關案例,提出國內空調系統清掃作業不足之處,並進一步提出改善建議。
國內相當缺乏空調系統清掃之相關機制,希望透過本研究,能使國內各界能正視此問題,爲建築室內空氣品質盡一份心力,並對健康舒適的建築環境有所貢獻。
本研究獲得以下結論:
1.空間外氣粉塵濃度與室內背景粉塵濃度的差值,與空間密閉程度有關。
2.當案例空調箱內清潔程度較佳,新鮮空氣進口粉塵濃度與空調運轉粉塵濃度值的差會較大;而當空調箱內清潔程度較差時,其值也相對較低。
3.所有案例之背景粉塵濃度值、空調啟動瞬間粉塵濃度值以及空調運轉粉塵濃度值呈現相同之趨勢,在空調啟動瞬間,粉塵濃度會突然升高,而到了一定時間,粉塵濃度值會漸漸下降到一定值。
4.背景粉塵濃度與空調運轉粉塵濃度差值如果是正數,也就代表過濾網效能正常,清潔程度也較佳,而大多數是公立的機構或學校,也有較完善的專業廠商來維護管理。
5.背景粉塵濃度與空調運轉粉塵濃度差值為負數的案例,其空調箱清潔程度較差,屬於維護管理較不佳的案例。
6.當設備年齡相同時,背景粉塵濃度與空調運轉粉塵濃度差值會隨著空調系統的清潔程度較差而降低。
7.當空調箱內部清潔程度越高,空調系統清潔效能也越高。
8.當風管內的積塵量越高,其空調運轉瞬間吹出的粉塵量,也就是空調啟動瞬間粉塵濃度值與背景濃度差值也會越高。
9.當設備年齡越老舊,其風管內的粉塵量也會越多。當空調箱清潔程度越佳,風管內的粉塵量也會越少。
This research is aim at AHU (Air Handling Unit) system in Taiwan and survey on the clean situation of the air side components (ex:Air Filter, Air Cooling Coil, Air Duct), which is based on the sustainability and health.
Twenty-two cases were estimated for particle concentration while the AHU system started. It is to approach variations of particle concentration when the AHU system off or on. Finally, we made suggestions that how to improve the clean work of AHU system in Taiwan.
It is a great shortage of mechanisms to clean the AHU system in Taiwan. Hopefully, this research can make this problem be known and discussed, hence our efforts to the indoor air quality in the building will contribute to make a healthy and comfortable environments in the buildings.
The conclusion is outlined and described below:
1.The difference between outdoor value of particle concentration and indoor background value is related to sealed level of space.
2.The cleaner the AHU system is, the larger the difference of fresh air entrance and indoor (AHU turn on) value of particle concentration is, and vice versa.
3.The value of particle concentrations of all cases grow up when the AHU turns on, but go down to a stable value few minutes later.
4.If indoor (AHU turn on) value of particle concentration is higher than indoor background value, the function of air filter is normal and most systems are well maintained.
5.When the ages of the AHU system are similar, the difference between indoor background and indoor (AHU turn on) value of particle concentration goes down with bad maintenance.
6.If AHU system is maintained well, its efficacy of clean air is also good.
7.When particles are heaped in air duct, there are more particles blown into the space.
