  • Due to recent events of pandemic, supply chain resilience became the main center of attention. This brings a matter to everyone’s mind about the part of technological innovation and dynamic capability in creating a resilient supply chain and also, by integrating different functional areas to make supply chain resilient enough. In this thesis, we tried to come up with some understanding regarding the dynamic capabilities that can assist supply chain to become more resilient. We came up with a conceptual framework based on the research that has been carried out earlier on the topic of supply chain resilience.
Through this thesis, my objective was to find out the technological innovation and dynamic capability throughout different department of supply chains which contributes to the resiliency of supply chain. This thesis tried to utilize a “resource-based view” and “contingency theory” perspective to recognize the link amongst specific resources such as, flexibility, collaboration, risk management, redundancy, innovation, dynamic capabilities, and supply chain resiliency from the point of firm performance. In this thesis, I will try to find out the relationship between different variables through survey-based research in different firms around the world, followed by utilizing factor analysis to find out the dimensionality reduction of constructs.
